1. I had a great experience with Xavier Taylor. Xavier gets FIVE STARS. My wife showed up to test drive a car and see if she liked it with the commitment of not buying it that day and letting me come look the vehicle over and drive it the next day. Xavier was not pushy, super informative, a pleasure to do business with....Honestly. He added a couple personal touches after the purchase to the car that were very thoughtful of him. Xavier, if you ever read this, i really appreciate you. 2. The vehicle I purchased was within the KBB fair price. 3. Leaving 4 stars because I don't like the charade of the sales manager discounts etc. It's never a "gift because I'm feeling generous" when you make a discount that is justifiable. I know the good guy bad guy routine etc, but good gracious, lets move past that as a society.

I want to genuinely thank the crew at Cadillac of Birmingham. Dutch went out of his way to get me all the information I needed and ensure that the vehicle I wanted was there and available. He took extra pictures of the vehicle and sent to me personally. Once I got there, it was a complete team effort with Paul, Ed, and Bart all making sure I had what I needed every step of the way. Even after the sale, I was contacted to make sure I was still happy with the purchase and was asked if there was anything I needed. AFTER the purchase! This group is the best crew I've ever experience when purchasing a car. They've all been doing it for decades and know how to treat a customer. You won't be disappointed coming here.

This was my first visit and it was superb! I drove from Tuscaloosa after having a horrible experience with the folks at Barkley Cadillac the day before. After the rudeness I experienced in Tuscaloosa, I made an appointment online and Cadillac of Birmingham had an opening for the very next day, so I took it. When I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly “Hello” from Mr. Tim. That made my day because I wasn’t even greeted at the Barkley Cadillac dealership. That one moment showed me that I will simply start bringing my vehicle to Birmingham moving forward. On top of that, they didn’t take long to service my vehicle! I was back on the road much sooner than I anticipated! Very pleased with the customer service and efficiency!
