Everyone there was very nice and worked hard to process the paperwork quickly. Elvis took the time and explained all the features on my cadillac. My vehicle was cleaned and filled with a full tank of gas. Also enjoyed my swag bag.

Put one star cause there was no other option. Service dept sucks. Brought my 21 Escalade in twice for service. Both times it sat for over 2 weeks with no answers or updates when it would be returned. Also no loaner which is promised at purchase. No one returns calls even the manager. Had to put in a complaint with GM to get anything done.
