The dealership was professional and thorough and did not pressure us in any way. The manager, Dan, was well versed in the Escalade and was a pleasure to work with. Ali, the sales person, was very new, but she worked with Dan to make our purchase experience a pleasant one. I would highly recommend Cadillac of Portland to anyone looking for a new or used Cadillac. It was an experience worth remembering.
