Poor poor support from the dealer owner and salesman Ryan bought a 1600 .00 plus car with large deposit. Car engine blew up in less than a month of purchase tried to reach out to owner would not take my call or return the call I now have a car payment with a 10000 dollar engine replacement bill I never been so disappointed in a company that claims family own honest. To all prospective. Buyers please be careful

Not a lot of options for used trucks in the immediate Bay Area. We came here and looked around, then came back a few days later to make an offer. They promise their vehicles are fully inspected for mechanical issues, but the F-150 we offered on had electric passenger windows that wouldn't roll up, so we asked them to fix or take a slightly lower cash offer. After running us around for a while, they wouldn't meet our offer, so we left, only to be called 45 minutes later, after closing, and ask us to drive all the way back to take our offer. Pretty unprofessional. After returning to buy the truck a few days later and embarking on a cross country trip, we find that not only do the windows not work, but the A/C doesn't work. Now, a few months later, we are stranded 15 hrs from home having to replace the alternator and battery. We understand that buying a used vehicle comes with its issues, but selling a truck with multiple undisclosed defects and the unprofessional handling of the negotiation would not allow me to recommend this retailer.

Terrible I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I financed the 2011 Hyundai Elathra 3/15/21 ... I was so happy about it...I asked Ryan ( the Rep who helped me) about a noise it made he confirmed that it’s because it’s a newer car and just needed to run. I drove the car to work even I which is around the corner from hundred dealerships got off at 8pm the check engine light came on... the same day of purchase. I called the Dealership the next day and they advised that I was still under warranty. Not the fact that I just bought the car the very day before. They advised me to take it to the Hyundai dealership to get it checked out. They did give me A loaner car for the inconvenience. The day after they contacted me letting me know that the loaner company did not approve my application because of my employment in which I inform them that I only was at my job for five months. So not only they sold me a lemon, they did not verify anything, they just gave me a car to have. I was very grateful about the loaner did not approve my application because I was already sold a lemon.Luckily I was able to receive my deposit back in the inconvenience of their time. I would not shop here!!!
