Calavan Kia West is the best place to purchase a car. My daughter and I both was approved to purchase a car. They did not make us wait all day to see if we were approved. Service was excellent and fast but done right. Customer service was the best that I have ever seen or experienced at a dealership. Our salesperson was Steve and his energy was and is unmatched. You can tell he truly loves what he is doing. Please do business with them and you will not regret it.

I cannot say enough good about my experience with Calavan KIA! Patrick was such a huge help and I would recommend to anyone and everyone to go purchase from him! Patrick was so kind in walking me through my first car purchase and stayed through the whole process making sure all my questions were answered! Best car experience ever. Eddie was amazing and such a great help. I came just wanting to test drive at the most, and ended up leaving with the car in 4 hours. It was honestly the easiest car purchase I’ve ever heard of. The financing team worked hard to get me the best deal and the accounting team was sweet. I highly recommend this place, and that’s coming from someone who is easily intimidated by a car salesperson. Thanks y’all!

*MANAGEMENT…Failure to meet new company expectations: customer service, better finance payments, service, greeting and thanking customer for purchasing a new car and being loyal customer. *SALES TEAM…Friendly & knowledgeable! *PRODUCT: Better selections of new K5. *SALESMAN…Failure to follow up with a thank you for being a loyal customer on purchase of new car after 90 days. No additional accessories offered to make customer feel special. SERVICE DEPARTMENT: Service Kia Optima 2019 for two years. High turnover of staff. Friendly and knowledgeable! Follow up and making sure everything is completed needs improvement so staff can receive better ratings. CAR WASH TEAM… Poor job performance!!! EVERY TIME I come for service the standard for cleaning my car has been unsatisfactory and sometimes failure to complete job when ask to redo complementary wash. *HOUSEKEEPING…Good job!! *RECEPTIONIST…Fair *LOCATION… Great! I have a been a loyal customer to the KIA BRAND for 15 years. My wife and I have purchased 6 cars and look forward to being loyal and committed to the brand.

I don’t know how this place has so many good reviews. Every time I come here there’s an issue. Don’t get me wrong customer service is pretty good but you can tell they only care about the money. I was charged $658 and they didn’t even fix the problem I came in for. When I went to leave my service light was STILL ON!!! The whole reason I brought it to them!!! When I brought it to their attention they were very concerned but they only kept trying to make me stay longer only as my car longer when I had already been there all day long. They did try to say oh well we thought it was this but now we see that it’s this...look im in sales and that job is definitely a sales job and you could tell they only cared about keeping their sale instead of keeping their customers safe in their cars. I will never spend money here again. I bought and maintained my car here for 3 years now but no more!! The resolution was half of my money back and my car not fixed. I still have to take it some where else to get it fixed correctly.
