Great buying experience, even paid for our lunch. However upon leaving I realized the horn didn't work. And in less than 48 hours the check engine light is on for something they supposedly fixed a week before my purchase. I live 2 hours away. And now have to find time to drive it back drop it off, get a ride home hope they can fix it all while hoping it's covered under the warranty they gave which isn't much. So I'm probably going to have to pay them to fix the broke car they sold. And find a ride back 2 hours to pick it up. I dont feel like I should have to pay for anything given you sold a broke car that you repaired and didn't check to see if that fixed the problem The general sales manager acts nice but nice doesn't fix the broke car and nice doesn't pass inspection next year with a broke horn. Working on a solution for them to fix but still may cost me money Update, Just got this text msg from the general sales manager "New tires and alignment you knew it needed that and you said you'd do that on your own that's why I knocked down on the price. O2 sensor I believe was changed. The horn was working because it was checked when inspected. I offered you warranty you didn't want any. I still gave you courtesy 3month/3k mile warranty on your engine and transmission. I know you feel you waisted a whole but unfortunately what can I do about it brother. You live far it's tough. I offered to pay for your gas coming back up here but it's tough when all you do is complain. Since day 1 you've complained man. Cars can be in great condition one day and messed up the next it's the way they are. I inspect all my cars at auction and at my shop. Unfortunately things happen and even then I offered to help" Nothing wrong with my vehicle is related to an o2 sensor.

If I could give them 10 stars I would...To say that this is the BEST dealership I have EVER been to is a understatement...they go above and beyond to make sure ur experience here is as special as the vehicle your buying...I would and will recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle...and to some this may not mean that much but to me and my husband it’s everything...there Christian values and what they believe...I love that Klove is playing when you go in and they ain’t afraid to talk about Jesus and what he has done for them...I love that and if I ever need another vehicle you better believe this is where I will be going...Hands down the best experience I have ever had...Thank Yaw so much!!!!! We love our Truck😁

Great people, very nice great customer service they will make sure u leave in a car , they will help u just tell them what ur looking for & what u like they will make sure they take care of u they will not let you down if you are looking to get a vehicle I recommend you come here they will not let you down . I purchased a 2015 Dodge Durango.
