Mark was excellent to work with! He put absolutely no pressure on the sales experience and answered all of my questions in a detailed and honest way. He was also very flexible -- I forgot my check book the day I came and he accepted a deposit to hold the car for me so i could come back a day later. It was also just nice to chat with him while we went through all the paperwork! I'd do business with Mark again.

Mark helped me find the right car for a affordable price and without a smoke smell. I went from city to city and dealership to dealership. I drove out three hours for a car that the dealer said had no smoke smell. I showed up and the car had a smoke smell. On the ride back home I decided to look on up any car deals on my way back and found a good car for a good price. I called the dealer(Mark) and he said it had no smoke smell. We showed up and the car was in good condition and it had no smoke smell! Mark helped us with the paper work and made it painless as a car dealer could. He's a great guy and I didn't feel nervous at all when buying the car. I never met such a nice car dealer in my life. I would highly recommend anyone to buy a car from him, if you want a good deal and save time.

We had spent many weeks and many hours searching high and low for the ideal car for my son, and the ideal person from whom to buy it, and even though the same car, same year, with almost the same mileage was literally 10 minutes away, we drove over 3 hours round trip to buy the car from Mark and John because they were so incredibly helpful, honest, responsive, fair and trustworthy. They both went well above the call of duty and made the purchase of my son's very first car an incredibly special and treasured memory. The entire process, from the first call through to driving away, was purely delightful and made all the time and energy we took finally finding the car, and Mark and John, worth the wait... they are truly that good;-)

I love these guys, I've bought my last 2 vehicles from Mark and he is a stand up guy. He even bought my original car back so I could upgrade to a newer model. I highly recommend these guys :)

Mark and Kim were phenomenal. My boyfriend was able to get a suv with under 4K down. He could have put less down, but we wanted to keep his monthly payments in the 200 hundreds. He was pre-approved through through car guru. Mark walked him through the next steps on his day off. Yes!!! Helped my boyfriend on his day off. After speaking to Mark we got a phone call from Kim. Kim is the amazing person who actually advocate for you and get your loan approved. Kim told us what we needed to bring in the next day and that’s what we did. Mark let my boyfriend test drive the car and he was satisfied. Mark was very straight forward with the paperwork. Overall, what a great experience and I’m not the one who bought the car.
