They sold me a car about a year ago knowing that it was in a sever accident. They (employee josh) left that part out of course. A year later and I go to sell my 2017 Toyota, but I’m made aware by a new dealer that the car has severe frame damage and is unsafe for me to drive. I’m literally a 23 year old girl and they sold me a $20,000 car that’s junk. The car fax title was clean and showed no accidents, but of course they knew that they could get me this way. Not only that, but they had so many ridiculous hidden fees when buying the car. Shouldn’t your dealer have to verbally disclose this to you? I will tell everyone I know to NEVER come here. Waste of money and time.

My experience at Montclair Motors was the best car buying experience that I've ever had. I have purchased several vehicles previously from other dealerships. What makes this experience so special was Mr Nicholas Reading's Professional Service rendered to us. He was prompt, caring, kind, and very patient. I had my special need grandson with me and Mr. Nicholas was interactive and wonderfully kind. It wasn't a long process, Mr. Nicholas got us out in a short period of time. What a waste of time. Our salesman was very nice but the whole situation was a nightmare. Went in to check out a vehicle I had seen online, liked it, test drove it, proceeded to running numbers. After some negotiations the payments were about $20 higher than what I really wanted. Pushed on them to negotiate dealer fee a bit and then comes back that the finance guy ran the numbers wrong and the payment would be $150 more than I was originally quoted. I know how to do basic math. I had done calculating my payments online and knew my budget and about what payments should be. What they quoted was outrageous, especially after being so close. We were ready to sign and had to walk out after getting our hopes up. Seemed shady and not right at all. Be careful and look at every fee they charge you and don't let them play you. There are too many fish in the sea to deal with a dishonest dealership. Just an update: I'm sure for their online presence it looks good to reach out regarding their reviews but I called, emailed and gave my phone number and no one contacted me. I have nothing more to say besides what I reviewed at this point but people should know customer service is definitely just for show.

I was very satisfied with the Dealership & Chris. I purchased a 2018 Lexus es350 26k miles. For 26k + small dealership fee. I came from Virginia beach, Virginia to make my purchase. The car was everything advertised & more. I would definitely work with this dealership & Chris again. The paperwork was ready upon my arrival & the service was fantastic! Thank you Chris!!!!
