I bought a car from here in April and I don’t recommend this place at all. They made sure to put me in the car and never followed up with me at all. I’ve emailed, talked to the salesman, the parts people, and even a manager and still do not have the missing pieces or work that was needed on the car that was signed into the contract and it’s now September. At this point, I think I’m gonna review my contract terms for a breach of contract. The manager even reassured me he would be on top of it and it’s been over two months since the last time I asked for an update. I don’t recommend this place because it seems they’re more interested in selling a car than keeping their customers happy.

Patrick was such a huge help. Things went pretty much as quickly as they could go in a car dealership, and he was very sweet to our rambunctious two year old. Super happy with our car and service.

Please review all your options before buying here. This place has no problem selling you a total loss, salvage car, or a car that has been in an accident. I wish I could write a good review but in all honesty it is all bad. When I was here I got lied to my face 4 times! So I can only imagine how many lies I didn't catch. The car oil was filthy, the car was on empty, and the car was dirty. These were all things that the sales person promised to take care of but did not. Then, I was over charged for the car and was told it was a loan fee but of course this was also a lie. The workers don't care about how high an interest is no matter your credit score, and they will over charge on a car despite it being on discount. In order to buy from them you have to have a sturdy, grounded personality, otherwise they will 100% take advantage. My advice, take your time, do your research, don't let someone pressure you into buying a car when you do not even know the history of the car. If you bother to read the bad reviews you will notice most used cars break down after people have had them for a few months, not even a year! Do your your research, search the vin numbers, and get preapproved for a car loan ahead of time. Avoid this place please. Just do your research because cars are a big expensive, especially used cars since they need more maintenance. Will not return. Will not recommend.

I was working with George and the mangement team at California Motors Direct. We were working on a deal for a Tesla Model 3 and their team ran my CREDIT approved me, and then they realized they sold the car earlier that day. So basically, they ran my credit for a car they did not have. This dealership is extremely disorganized. I only called about a Tesla, and look all these text messages I received. I kept getting text messages from random sales guys who thought I was trying to buy different cars. I don't mind that the car sold, I get it, but don't run my credit if you don't have the car. This place is a disaster. Honestly, looking at the big picture, I probably dodged a bullet.
