I loved my salesperson. She was very straightforward and kind. But I was very disappointed that even after I explained that I have a Fragrance Sensitivity under the Americans with Disabilities Act and alerted my salesperson and her manager and their parts department that the car they were selling me had someone's perfume baked into the two front seat belts, their service department did little to get the smell out, and they were unwilling to replace the seat belts which will end up costing me about $2,600 to do on my own. I think if they are going to sell a car it should be free of other people's fragrances.
