This is what happened today.(9.22.2021) I bought my car here.(2019) My car had an engine light on last night and the engine stopped when I was waiting for a red light. It was a very scary situation. (The engine died a few times after that.) Since it was an emergency, I couldn't make an appointment, so I came here at 7:30 the next morning. I explained to the staff about the situation last night, and he looked through the window of the car and said that the car was working and it would be fine .And he said me that you can make an appointment after 9 days of time. Finally he said me that you can still make it to Nashville with the engine light on. I was surprised that someone who car maintenance staff would so easily say such a thing. I was very sad. I was sad that I bought my car here. I immediately took it to a car dealer of other manufacturers and explained the situation to them. They were concerned about my sad expression. There were many other customers but they were willing to service my car immediately. My car was in need of replacement parts. If I had booked it after 9 days , I would have been in a dangerous situation. I drive my son to and from school every day in this car. Anyway, I was sad today. I decided not to come here. Of course, I wouldn't recommend it to my loved ones either. I was very disappointed because I liked the cars here.

Alan and Jason knocked it out of the park for me. I went in hoping to shop around and they made me and my family feel welcome and comfortable immediately. They were very flexible when I needed a minute to think or wanted to see multiple vehicles lined up to compare. I’m extremely excited to be in my new ride and don’t think my experience would have been the same without Alan!

My daughters truck seat there for 2 months waiting on the chip that everyone is waiting on called told them we where coming after it and got it back home they did not replace the battery like they said they were going to do or replace any of the parts that they said they ordered that it needed… so they basically lied to me…get it home look at the parts list they put on the bill and 😲they where ordering the wrong part “ the part everyone is needing” her truck need it for a 1500 they where ordering for a 2500 we ordered part off Amazon got it a few day now she, her boyfriend and uncle are fixing it…something a 40+year experienced tech could not do right…

Where do I start? The service department was thorough, clean, and held pride in the work area. My go to guy was Rick, Considering the lack of communication between him self and State Farm Rick kept me up to date the entire time. I’m not disappointed about the wait period at all, for what they had in store I feel like it was done in a timely manner. You can not rush perfection. Rick and his team did a great job repairing my 2008 Chevy Silverado. I will go back for all my service needs and spread the word. From my family to yours, THANK YOU.
