***UPDATE*** Thank you Dan for all of the time and effort you put into making this right. You stepped up and made things right for me. My truck looks great! Your dedication to getting me taken care of improved my rating of your business. PREVIOUS POST: Body shop did poor repair work on my truck. Leaving parts off and damaging others. Body shop promises vehicle back end of week on Thursday may be as soon as Wednesday. Call on Thursday told it will be Friday call on Friday told it may be Monday but they will call you back after lunch. 3 and 1/2 hours (3:30pm) no return phone call. So finally at 4 I call and I'm told Monday at 4:45 I bought a brand new Ford because I expect great quality. Did not get that from Campbell Ford Body Shop.

Experience was so great I went back 3 years later. Jason was very professional and prompt with my vehicle delivery. Got me in a new Explorer with all the amenities. Bill was very friendly when delivering my vehicle. Definitely recommend Campbell Ford. I’ll be back again in 3 years. The best car buying experience! I never had to leave the house, the car was delivered to my door, I live in southeast Michigan. Jason Ziesmer is the best salesman, he'll give you the best deal!

I could not have asked for a better buying experience than what I had at Campbell Ford!! The sales staff was exceptionally knowledgeable, and patient while I made my decision on my next vehicle. While taking me nearly four months to decide on a vehicle to buy I never felt pushed or overwhelmed! My salesman Jason Z is exceptional, kind and extremely knowledgeable. So grateful for Campbell Ford and the service they have provided me! I love my new car!!

I had the opportunity to drive a vehicle as a loaner, while they diagnose my car. I loved it, and just out of curiosity I asked Scott to see how much the vehicle would be to buy. Low and behold Scott was awesome, and came up with a great price for me, and I ended up driving away with a brand new vehicle. Everyone up front was awesome. Parts staff was helpful in ordering accessories as well great job everyone!

I've purchased dozens of vehicles in the past and this was one of the best sales experiences I've ever had. Eric was very attentive to my needs and is very detailed orientated. When I picked up my car I was in and out of the dealership in less than a hour. Jen in service is awesome. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Campbell in the future.
