Just picked up a 2017 Shelby GT350 that Bill Fletcher at Campbell Ford custom ordered for me in May, which was offered at a competitive price (price matched another local dealer). Bill proactively provided an order update for me a couple of weeks ago, and made arrangements for another Mustang owner (enthusiast) in the office to transport it to my house. This is the third vehicle that Bill custom ordered for me (others were 2013 F150 and 2011 Mustang GT). I really appreciate his no-nonsense selling approach. As an added bonus, the GT350 arrived two months earlier than expected, possibly due to the number of Shelby Mustangs that Campbell Ford sells annually.I have used this dealership for collision repair, engine misfire repair, and brake replacement for a 2004 F150, as well as regular maintenance of a 2011 Mustang GT (engine oil, tire rotation, tire replacement and alignment), and warranty repair of a 2013 F150 (drivers side door latch not working on first pull, broken clamp on exhaust causing harmonic vibration at certain RPM). Campbell Fords service department has typically excelled at fitting my vehicles in for service, sometimes with little notice, and have always provided loaner vehicles for maintenance requiring more than a couple of hours.

While traveling from NY, to Mishawaka, the "tire sensor fault light" came on in our 2015 Edge Titanium. We decided to take the car to Campbell Ford Dealership in Niles, Michigan to see if they could fix it.A young man named Brandon, took all the necessary information and the car was taken in immediately to have the sensor replaced. Total time from entering the dealership and leaving with a new sensor? One hour, tops!Wow. What a great service department. I can't say enough how pleased we were with such quick, professional service. We live in NY, but if we lived anywhere near this dealership, we would definitely considering buying our next car from Campbell Ford.

Do to some unforseen events, we needed to get my son another car. He works part time, was going to high school and just recently graduated with a high honors academic diploma. Plans for college in the fall were set in stone as he was accepted early. We needed to lease a vehicle, but no one would give him a chance due to no credit, working part time, and school full time. My wife and I went there to get a deal. We are brand new graduate students transitioning into the working world, with very limited resources to bridge the gap. Ford was able to work with us. But Gilbert is the guy! He helped us through the process and made it flow easily by providing all the information we needed to get our deal. He tried not to be over emphatic about what he wanted us to get but he focused on what would fit out need. Moreover he explains the incentives we would be getting in very clear language, that even a 4 year old child would comprehend. He was not using codes or anything to confuse us, he was sincere and understanding. That really made our experience at Ford something we will not forget. I recommend this dealership to anyone like me who is looking not only to get a car, but also someone who is looking for a company with people like Gilbert who truly cares about people's need.

My wife and I were THINKING about a newer vehicle, so we drove up to Cambell Ford in Niles JUST to look around with no plans of buy soon maybe a month or two down the road. We were greeted by Jason Z. I told Jason that we were just looking at this time.Jason asked us what we were in the market for ,we told him we were thinking about a used escape .Jason asked if we ever leased a vehicle before we said no, I told Jason I remember hearing stories from friends in the past about leasing and was not interested about leasing. Jason took us into the show room and explained to us about leasing and the benefits of doing so,Jason was so easy to talk with. Two days later we were in to see Jason and to test drive some 2016 escapes, my wife and I drove three different ones that day. Four days later we pick up our brand NEW 2016 escape( and yes we did go with leasing ) Jason had it all ready to go,we finished up with Brad doing the paper work and explained everything to us. I our eyes Jason went above and beyond in their duties as a sales person, he took his time with us and found the escape we wanted and had it at the dealership within a day .We like to thank Jason for all he did for us that very first day and the days after,like explaining everything in great details so we understood it and to answer All of our questions and we had a lot of them. We purchased our new car from Campbell and we worked with Jason Ziesmer (J.Z.). This is the third vehicle We have purchased from Campbell Ford Lincoln Saleen and when we think of looking for another vehicle, this is the first dealership we think of. Dealing with J.Z. has been an excellent experience each and every time we go to the dealership. Even when just bringing the car in for routine service he goes out of his way to help you out after the purchase. We brought a previous vehicle in for service and the Service Department was closed when we got there (because we were delayed getting to the dealership). I walked into the showroom and J.Z. came right over to greet me and ask if there was anything he could do to help me out. I told him I was dropping the car off for service and that I had been delayed, so I missed getting it inside the dealership fenced in area. He asked me for the keys, went into the service area, opened up the garage door and drove my car into the service area for me. Excellent customer service both during the purchase and after the purchase. We cannot speak highly enough about this dealership and the people working there! There was a problem with the Cars.com website so I could not give the ratings for Customer service, Buying Process, Quality of Repair and Overall Facilities (I would rate them all at 5 stars),

I have never bought a new car before and he took the time to answer all questions I had. Everyone there showed a lot of patience in helping me make the right decision for my situation. I am leasing the vehicle for 3 years and I know that when the lease is up, I am definitely dealing with Campbell Ford for my next vehicle and every vehicle I get from here on out. My only complaint is that Gary may retire before my lease is up so I might have to find a new salesperson. As much as I will miss him, I know anyone there will be just as helpful. Every time I walk in the door, I am greeted and have multiple people ask if I need help with anything. They go out of their way to make you feel important. I am a Campbell Ford fan for life! Everyone there is awesome.

We purchased a new 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Jason was excellent in delivering exactly what was promised and more. He took the time to review all the electronics upon delivery and has continued to take care of us after the sale. What a pleasant buying experience! Jason and Campbell saved us hundreds of dollars when comparing with other local Ford Dealers. They took extra steps to make sure I qualified and received all rebates and incentives from Ford Motor Company. If the service is anything like the buying experience, they will have the complete package in automotive needs.

Aaron Wilson the internet sales rep., did a really good job, of keeping the deal alive. He did 99% of the leg work and communicating, even though he didn't get a penny of the commission. When we came in to pick up the vehicle, the finance Manager, Brad, made the process quick and easy. He even went the extra mile and got us a lower interest rate. We would definitely buy here again, just because of the two of them.

They gave me the most for my trade-in and gave me a pleasant experience. They post the price with the rebate right up front. They don't try to encourage you the purchase anything additional. Jason Dowdy and Dan even staid after hours to take care of my needs. I definately recommend Campbell's.

We recently purchased a Ford Escape from the dealership there, working manly with Rob Snodgrass who spent considerable time in discussing with us what we were looking for and in trading in our old Ford truck, adding a few requested changes to the Escape, getting the equipment installed for our boat trailer hitch quickly--even seeing that the vehicle which was recently brought in was cleaned and checked out first! He was very pleasant and patient as were the other people there that Saturday. He also gave us his cell # and card, assuring us that should there be any problem later, we could check back with him then. We were very happy with how smoothly and quickly the whole deal went.

We recently purchased a used vehicle (2006)from this location and exactly 3 days after our purchase the A/C unit catastophically failed requiring an over $1200 repair fee. We had the vehicle inspected beforehand. They were willing to give us a "discounted" repair of $1100. This was just very disheartening because we could not afford this after paying for the purchase of the vehicle (the repair was cheaper at our regular mechanics also). The response we got was "those are the chances you take buying a used car"...not a very nice attitude if you ask me. Except for the "discounted" repair fee they did not offer much help. We tested the AC when we bought it too...and this occured less than 3 days later. I won't go back.
