I called Candy Cars looking to get cash for my used vehicle. I spoke to a customer service representative named Chris. From the very beginning, Chris exhibited a professional and courteous approach to our interactions. The day came for me and my wife to bring the vehicle in for appraisal. Chris met me at the dealership with a handshake and made me feel right at home. After talking with Chris and filing the necessary paperwork, I was given a fair allowance for my vehicle. Richard was such a pleasure to work with at Candy Cars! I went in to see him unsure of the entire process, he was extremely patient and informative! He listened to what I needed in a new vehicle and showed me options that were in my price range and met all of my needs. Not to mention Lenny in the finance office was also informative and was able to meet my monthly payment goal even though my credit is not that great! They have a wonderful team at Candy Cars I recommend them to anybody who is in a pinch or just would like to upgrade to a newer vehicle. Not to mention I left the same day with my new car!!

Rich was great! He listened to everything I was looking for and never pressured me into different vehicles or anything. The whole process from start to finish took about a day and a half! Lenny in finance was fantastic and really took the time to pick out the best warranties and explain every detail! I have had 2 friends look at and purchase vehicles since my visit!
