I rarely take the time to go back and fill out a Google review on any business that I use for a service. I felt it necessary to make sure that I got this review done. Before I say anything, I would absolutely like to recognize Joe Redmond as an incredible person. So often in the car buying process, you meet people who are just looking for a deal of any type. Joe made sure we got the right one and one in our budget. He worked with us over the course of two days and we ended up with my dream car. He made buying, not one car but two, extremely satisfying and better than any of the experiences I have ever had. I also wanted to shoutout Jay the Finance Guru who helped get everything just right with the finances. It came up several times with several people in the building that we felt like we were dealing with real people, and that speaks volumes to the type of business that Cannon Ford is. We had real conversations about real things, and heck, even watched some Mississippi State baseball. I can’t recommend a place enough for the customer service, helpfulness, honesty, and overall genuine care that this people have. I wouldn’t want to shop anywhere else! Nobody beats a Cannon Deal.... NOBODY!

I had repair work done replacing radiator and fan shroud. The fan shroud had a broken fastener plate. I took it the another ford dealer in Nebraska and was informed that it was installed that way and not covered by warranty so I was out 400 dollars for part and labor. So I won't recommend this shop for repairs....
