My husband and I went into Capciti knowing what we wanted. The sales rep came out and was absolutely amazing from the start. The financial guy was incredible as well. We had our three little kids with us and they went above and beyond for them too. Never felt like they were in the way, which as a parent takes away a ton of anxiety. Definitely the best car buying experience we have ever had. Recommend them 250%

Sold me a car that had a messed up transmission. Check engine light came on the NEXT day. Turns out there was a huge recall on the transmission and they reset the battery so the check engine light was off when I checked it out. Friendly. But snakes. Beware.

We went to this lot because of the pricing and how clean the inventory is. This is hands down one of the best dealerships I have ever been too! The people in the office are so friendly and family orientated, offered cold water an answered all our questions. 5++++ stars! Thank you!

I really like this Place, they have great customer service and they will really work hard to to work with you... i went to a few places and they told me "theres nothing we can do" after leaving this place i found a nice truck that i was ready to purchase! Overall i didnt buy the truck i wanted from this dealer because they were closed on Sunday. i would recommend this place if your looking for a nice used car dealership

I bought my vehicle here in March.The customer service is very friendly. Akram and Ricky are very nice. I am a senior woman and l trusted them. After many emails and phone calls l traveled 5 hours to purchase a 2003 Honda CRV I paid cash, the full asking price.$5700. Way WAY too much for a vehicle with 198000 miles on it. They would not budge on the asking price. I should have walked away. One of the tires was mismatched, had to get 5 tires $800. l had to replace the pitted windshield $240, the gas cap $65 and today the fan clutch $238. $1343.00 to date. To say that l feel totally taken advantage of is an understatement. Akram told me he could get me a good deal on a windshield- if l lived closer... The windshield and tires are safety issues. Even though l like the car l am extremely dissatisfied and would never purchase a vehicle at Capciti again and would not recommend it to my family or friends.

Over the years I have purchased a lot of cars and dealt with some good and bad transactions. I am here to say that working with Capciti Auto and the team of Akram, Robert and Kaden was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Let's start with the quality of the vehicle, excellent by far and Akram goes the extra mile to make sure the cars are in top shape. Pricing was more than fair and because Akram offers a quality vehicle at a more than fair price when compared to blue book this eliminates all of the normal pricing negotiations. Let's talk about honesty and ethics of Capciti Auto. In today's world it is hard to find honest and ethical people doing business. In all my years I have never had a dealer tell me up front without asking that they would not offer a vehicle to me unless it was everything they represented in their advertising. I have to say that Akram represented a vehicle to me and the vehicle was exactly as described. What a refreshing way to do business and a very rare car buying experience. Let me close this review by saying this, the team at Capciti are honest, respectful and in my opinion a business built on ethics. I very rarely provide this type of feedback because I do expect honesty, respect and ethics when making a purchase.
