I stopped into this dealership thinking it was going to be like all the rest!! I was WRONG!! This was one of the BEST experiences I have ever had with buying a car! Everything was explained thoroughly and the service was amazing. Everyone is very understanding and they really made me feel like I was part of their family! For a first time car buyer I can honestly say the service here was absolutely phenomenal! The rep Matt I worked with was extremely helpful and made sure I had all the information I would need on the vehicle I purchased he took me step by step through the payment, process broke down all the charges, answered every question I had with extreme patience and professionalism. The manager Erick was also amazing checked in frequently to make sure everything was going well also helped bring my payments down, made great recommendations on how to go about purchasing my vehicle. The help didn't stop there they also helped me get quotes from different insurance companies. They made the car buying process for a first time buyer super easy and enjoyable. It took a while to make my decision being the first time buying a car on my own. I needed to make sure that I was making the right decision, and most of all the right color as it means a lot to me to feel comfortable with my purchase. I found the car, the place and the right staff to make it easy for me. Finally it's done, YES... Mike the sales rep was nice and accommodating , and the GM Erick Martinez was extremely patient and helpful and pleasant. Everyone should come see the professionalism.

I was in need of getting a new car because our car broke down for her last time, so it was definitely time for a new car.. Used obviously. So my wife and I live close to this dealership and we would always drive by going home so we decided to head in and check out what they had to offer. Right off the bat as soon as we walked in we were greeted with amazing service offered refreshments, so as we were sitting down at the desk they asked what we were looking into getting and my wife really wanted a Nissan and they had a really nice 2012 Nissan Sentra it was perfect size since my wife and I are already kind of small people. And our daughters car seat fit very well. Anyway story short they had amazing service and they brought us over to the service department and we met the manager over there and he was very nice he just said if anything is wrong just give me a call and I'll help you get it done.. So over all our experience here was amazing and I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a car. They have an amazing selection of cars to one to fit everybody's needs. My experience with Mitsubishi motors was amazing! Went there on Friday just to look to see what they had. Great people to work with, polite, honest, and willing to find what's best for you. Alex, the manager was so friendly, great sense of humor, the service was definitely one to remember. My first time buying a car and he helped me understand eveeything I needed to know. Helped lower the payments and got me a great deal! All the staff were very helpful and polite. If I recommend a place to buy a new car for the first time. I suggest Mitsubishi motors in yarmouth, MA. Matt and Eric were great. No high pressure. I wasn't expecting to purchase the day I entered the dealership. Just looking - so to speak. I had received a flyer stating that they were looking for pre-owned Camrey's and I had been thinking about trading mine in due to lack of utility (no other reason, Camrey's are nice). Matt and Eric jumped into action and within a matter of minutes had a deal written up. The deal was fair and straight forward - and had met my expectations - small amount of cash in and only a small increase in my monthly payment - all for an loaded 2015 Outlander! I bought a Cadillac Escalade from Steven Sewell at Cape Cod Mitsubishi. I never write reviews but I thought Steve deserved one. I had been looking a long time for a high end SUV. In my search I came across Steve at the Cape Cod Mitsubishi dealership. I got to know him and like how he operated. He went to work and got me the right SUV in no time. I found Steve to be honest and knowledgeable. No salesmans push! Just kept working at what my needs were and only contacted me when the car was right and fitted my needs. He lived up to his word and followed through on everything he said. I felt good enough that I sent my daughter to him. She brought a new Mitsubishi from him and has been very happy with the car and how well they took care of her I have had work done in the repair shop there and was happy with the work and how I was treated. The incredible and knowledgeable team at Cape & Islands Mitsubishi made the stress that goes into buying a new car nearly non-existent. I was nervous about buying a new car but the General Manager, Erick, walked me though my options and the explained the whole process honestly and clearly, so that I felt confident making my purchase. My wife and I are very disappointed with the purchase of our new vehicle from this dealer. We are still attempting to get our second key for the vehicle for over a month now. They gave it a another customer we were told. The manger Dave knows about it. No call back as promised. The finance manager Lou knows about it, no phone call back as promised next day. Once you sign the paperwork and leave the lot, you are on your own. Very unprofessional follow-up and service. Sorry we purchased here.
