Sylvia and I recently moved from St Cloud, Fl to Monticello. We were in Tallahassee yesterday for business unrelated to cars. We had some free time and decided to visit Capital BMW. We feel we got a good price, are happy with everything overall and the entire process took less than 2 hours l. Generally speaking, it was a very pleasant experience. This was the second nail in a run-flat tire that I've had in the last couple of months. Our service tech, Ian Wyre, could have recommended we replace both tires last time, but since we don't put a lot of miles on the BMW and the tires were less than a year old, he said just the one would be fine based on the wear. He saved us big time especially since we got a nail in the opposite tire this week. There are new homes being built nearby in our community and unfortunately nails end up out on the roads. We are just happy to have Ian as our technician. He is not only always fair about what service is needed as well as not needed, he is a polite and professional person and a pleasure to deal with.

I normally never do reviews or surveys but my experience at the Tallahassee BMW dealership was so unstressful and yes...enjoyable, that I feel the need to do so. My sales representative, Jamal, was so very helpful and patient as I looked at cars all over the city and took the time to get to know my needs without all the pressure and pushiness I felt elsewhere. He kept in contact with me which made me feel like he really cared about what I needed and not just selling a car. The final piece of the amazing experience was with Mandy who was so much fun I forgot we were finishing the financing. Love this group and already know what my NEXT BMW will be!!!

Lee Woodruff consistently is, hands down, the best service advisor I've ever encountered. The latest example: Far from home when my 535d experienced a serious problem, I contacted him by phone and he graciously shared some advice. When I brought the car in last week, Lee handed me the keys to a BMW loaner and had the problem in my car quickly diagnosed and repaired as expeditiously as possible. Wait, there's more: After realizing that the car would have to be held overnight until a part arrived, he offered to bring my grandchild's car seat clear across town to my house. This wasn't necessary, as I was going to be near the dealership anyway, but that kind of gesture marks the service experience offered here by Lee and by the entire service staff, including service manager Joe Gruen. It just doesn't get any better than this.

Scott did an excellent job at finding me a vehicle that fit my needs and wants. He did everything he could to do what he could to make the experience as painful as he could. And even went over the top and gave me a present that I had been joking with him about. Also the financial officer that is there was amazing she worked with me and got me in and out as fast as she could. A scary moment - our back tire tread detached on Interstate 10 approximately 60 miles outside of Tally. We were able to contact BMW support which put us in touch with Ian Wyre at Capital. He was wonderful! He immediately determined that they had our replacement tire in stock, and when we arrived at the dealership via tow truck, he was able to quickly have it fixed for us even though we didn't have an appointment scheduled. I walked into Capital EruoCars on Monday with an insatiably high new car fever. When I walked into the BMW showroom I was pleasantly greeted by Mr. Paul White (client advisor) who asked if I had been helped. My limited knowledge about these driving "machines" (or beasts if you will) necessitated me speaking with someone who could provide the information I needed and do so in a non-obtrusive manner (every potential car buyer cringes at those invasive "what's it going to take to get you to take this car home today?" questions when all you want to do is just sit inside and inhale that unmatched "new car" smell for just one uninterrupted minute). Mr White gave me that uninterrupted time and was ready when my plethora of questions began (for 3 days). Mr. White was knowledgable about the vehicles and it showed during the test drives as he explained the characteristics about these "machines" and how they perform. It was refreshing to have someone interested in helping make a well informed decision over such a significant purchase that wasn't tied to my belt loop and constantly in my ear. At the end of the first day, Mr White introduced me to Patrick Williams (sales manager) who was appreciative of my visit and invited me back and offered availability throughout the process regardless of my decision. In the subsequent days, Mr White introduced me to Mandy Barnard (business manager) who happens to know a lot about the segment of car buying that nobody really wants to discuss - money & payments. Ms. Barnard spent 2 afternoons working with me in an effort to disclose all the options available to me, the potential benefits (or consequences) in those choices and did so always with a pleasant and gravitating attitude and never once behaved in any way other than accommodating, helpful and friendly. They do these deals everyday and I do not (thank goodness!) but the efforts of these three people is worthy of recognition.

My experience with the salesman Andrew Brew was beyond amazing, He took the time to actually try and get a feel for what car would best suit me if the one I was searching for was not available, not only that, his follow up is quite impressive. Andrew not only remembered my birthday, but still calls to check up on how I am enjoying the vehicle and if the vehicle is functioning properly. Honestly if it had not been for Andrew Brew being the person I dealt with, I would have gone elsewhere. I am a young black woman and upon arrival, I was not treated friendly by the other senior representatives. Some of them ignored me and two actually discussed with each other my purpose for coming, not fully aware that I could still hear them. Needless to say I was ready to leave after hearing them actually say "what on earth are they doing here" and "they must be lost". I was only treated with respect from the other gentlemen AFTER they saw Andrew pulling my newly purchased vehicle around for me to drive it home. Go to Andrew Brew if you are looking for a new or used vehicle, It will be an experience you won't regret.

Conventional wisdom holds that buying a car is an unpleasant experience, but that would be a thing of the past if everyone were like Claude Rabbath. He's a consummate professional. I really wasn't even in the market for a new car, but Claude made the experience easy and quick. From start to finish, it didn't even take 2 hours, including a test drive, and I would not have gotten the vehicle if it weren't for Claude. Claude and Patrick Williams didn't try to sell me what they wanted to sell - they sold me what I wanted, and they made sure I was comfortable with the deal and answered every question I had. Last but not least, Mandy Barnard in finance was the icing on the cake. She's a gem - pleasant and efficient.Capital Eurocars is fortunate to have folks like Claude, Patrick, and Mandy as employees. Horrible, wasted trip from Jax to see '12 Mercedes GL450. Will follow-up w/letter to GM and MBUSA. Car materially misrepresented and overpriced. Principal issues are as follows: (1) CarFax reflects an accident that isn't characterized as "minor"; (2) flippant minimization of the negative CarFax; (3) numerous paint defects; (4) missing and broken interior items; and (5) MATERIALLY false ad representation that car's condition is "Excellent" and "Flawless". Experience caused me to waste money on gas, food, and private health aide for my seriously ill mother. I am extremely upset about this experience, which bolsters my disdain for the entire car sales process. To market the car so deceptively smacks of bad business. (I spent over $250 for the incidental costs referenced above, due to the repeatedly deceptive representations to me about this '12 Artic White GL450.)

I'm not a typical customer that takes the time to write reviews. I'm stating that first because I want anyone that reads my review to know that I'm so satisfied with the service that Ian Wyre provides when my daughter has a need for service, that it is so exceptional, that I'm compelled to write a review. Imagine what it's like to have a teenager that is 4 hours away, and there is a problem with the car she/he drives. Needless to say, as a parent, your heart stops with worry and concern that your child is somewhere stranded and alone. Anyway, Ian has been such a wonderful extension to my wife and I, even though he didn't know it, because he has always been great with helping her and of course the service and care the entire team provides to the car, is beyond wonderful. It makes it really easy knowing that you can send your teenager to a place that won't take advantage of her youth and inexperience. If you ever have a need, which I can understand that most, if not all, of us dislike dealing with the upkeep of our vehicles, it's a downer, but we have to as that's the way it works. Feel comfortable going to Capital BMW Service Center and if you're fortunate enough to have Ian Wyre, as your Service Consultant, you're in GREAT hands. This is the 2nd purchase I have made thru Capital Eurocars. I would not buy from anyone else! I came up from West Palm Beach to buy both of these cars that is how much I LOVE this dealership. Angus Thomas is outstanding to work with! He is a man of the highest integrity and professionalism. He took exactly the right amount of time to close the deal on my latest purchase, a VW CC. That was a BIG plus for me, since I had already spent 6 hours on the road to get to Tallahassee that day! Although BMW/Mercedes are the specialty cars for this dealer, Angus was thoroughly versed on my CC & all of the features it has. He truly went out of his way to make me feel comfortable with my new vehicle BEFORE I left the lot that day. I could not also beat the price for the car, and for the trade in on my old BMW. John Sipay, the Used Car Manager, found me the exact car I wanted, offered me top $ for my trade, and keep my within budget for the car. I did not have to haggle about a price. We limped into Capital BMW with almost no power (pulling our Airstream Trailer)! It was 4:30 pm and closing time. Ian greeted us with a big smile and immediately sprang into action. He arranged for a technician to stay late to analyze the problem. We required a part which had to be ordered. We asked if we could spend the night in our trailer in the parking lot ( having no way to get to a hotel. Ian parked out trailer in a suitable location. As we emerged from the trailer the next morning Ian greeted us with a big smile and the good news that the part had been delivered!! We were astonished at such prompt service. Within no time the car was ready. Ian also arranged to have the fluids checked and the tire pressure. Very reassuring for two women on a 4 month road trip far from home. I also mentioned that our keys were not functioning very efficiently - he quickly replaced the batteries- no charge. We were amazed at the level of service - incredibly friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to have my car serviced here except it's a long drive to Tallahassee from Toronto!! Thank you Ian - you were truly a godsend for two damsels in distress.

After driving a standard car for the past 15 years, I really wanted a luxury car. I met my sales representative Gary Spangler on my first visit to Capital Eurocar BMW in Tallahassee. He was very helpful and explain all the things that I need to know about BMW. When I told him the car type and the price range (few thousands above the MSRP value), he really stretch that extra mile to earn my business. Gary treated me like a professional. He would give me every opportunity to buy the car that I wanted even if the price is a little bid out of my range. I didn't feel pressure or disrespected during the whole transaction. At the end Gary was able to find the car that I wanted with the price that I am willing to pay. This transaction would never go through if all dealers think about is to wait for someone who has more money to spare than me. Gary understands every man's desire to buy their dream car. He would do whatever he can to make sure everyone get a chance to buy their dream car. I am so happy that the transaction went this smooth. First I researched the car I wanted to purchase on Capital Eurocars web site. Went in to test drive the car with Michiel Stephens. Michiel made me feel really welcome. Great test drive. My experience at Capital BMW was very very pleasant and even though I didn't purchase a vehicle I feel that the least I can do out of appreciation of the great service i received is to write a review about my experience. First of all the many things I can say about the premier customer service is that I showed up with a negative attitude because of the treatment I have received at all of the other bad dealerships I've been to. I'm confident that anyone who is reading up on reviews about car dealerships knows exactly what I am talking about when I say that other dealerships put a lot of pressure on you as soon as you arrive. I have the routine memorized from other dealerships; first you get out of your car, then you are immediately surrounded by salesmen like roadkill to vultures and if you have ever had a bad experience with a dealership you know that the words "I'm not interested" or "this vehicle isn't for me" always has some kind of defensive response (which I don't trust). Unfortunately I cannot speak about the entire staff because I only met a couple people and only interacted with Mr. Gary Spangler who was my salesman but that's okay because Mr. Spangler was super friendly, very funny, and even with my bad attitude I felt as if he was an old friend of mine who was genuinely concerned about what I would be DRIVING NEXT rather than what I would be BUYING NEXT! When I told him that I had plans and needed to leave there was no pressure to stay like at the other dealerships where I have always herd exactly "what will it take for you to buy a car with us today?".So, thank you very much for the great experience and the low pressure sales! I'll definitely be back for another visit! oh and sorry other to the other salesmen.. I'll be asking for Mr. Spangler's assistance!

My wife decided it was time for a new vehicle since the warranty had expired on her BMW 328i, so she started looking around at a lot of different makes and models. She just wanted something a little bigger. After all was said-and-done she gravitated back to BMW and headed off to Capital BMW to see what they had, after looking several times on the BMW USA website and all the new models and general pricing. We've been there several times in the past getting routine service on her 328i and were very happy with the service.She showed up and started looking around and was helped by Michiel Stephens. He asked a lot of questions about what she was looking for in a new vehicle and steered her away from vehicles she probably wouldn't be happy with and to the one she fell in love with - a 2013 X3 xDrive 28i with the options she got so used to from her car, plus a lot of new ones.The easy part was over so on to the hard part - price and payments. She gave Michiel the payment limit, which was basically what we were paying for her current car, and headed back to work to let him "work the numbers". Shortly after she got back he contacted her with the initial numbers and ... bingo ... he actually got the payment to a few bucks less than what we were currently paying ! A win-win in our book.We then went to see the Finance Manager, which I was initially kind of dreading since I've dealt with so many in the past. Usually they give you a "hard sell" on other things to add to your purchase; extended warranty, tire warranty, and many more, and kind of make you feel guilty if you don't get them. This was not the case at all ! He did tell us what was available and applied no pressure or "reasons why we had to get them" if we said No. A rarity in the new car buying process. Needless to say, my wife was in her new X3 that evening with all paperwork done. Michiel even went the extra mile to get us another discount since I was a veteran. A discount I would have never known existed. Kudos.Sale complete, papers signed, but it didn't stop there. Michiel then took us around to meet folks and show us all the different departments in the dealership. After that he took us out to our new X3 and explained/showed us all the new features that we didn't have before, what they did, and how to operate them all before we headed off the lot.Overall a true A+ experience. No sales pressure and an Associate that's willing to go above and beyond. Both before, during, and after the sale. Many thanks Michiel !

This was my second BMW purchased from Capital Eurocars. I worked with Mr. Stephens, who I reached after receiving an e-mail alerting me to a sale that may interest me. Once I spoke with Mr. Stephens, he promptly sent me information(including pricing) on two vehicles that met my specifications. After coming in the next day, I was allowed to drive around in the vehicle I chose while he finished with another customer. Mr. Stephens called me after two hours and told me the deal that I requested was done and all I had to do was come back and pick up the vehicle and sign paperwork. The process of dealing with financing with BMW was perfect. The paperwork was done promptly and I drove away in a vehicle that I love, with customer service that lives up to the standard I expect from BMW. Tech also forgot to put a couple vacuum lines back correctly and caused some power issues.The detailer marred up my polished wheels as well, even after I requested no one detail it.Update: Joe Gruen addressed all my concerns and rectified my situation. He instantly put me in a loaner car until my car was properly diagnosed to ensure I could continue on my activities of daily living. We stayed in constant contact via email or the phone. My dealings with Mr Stephens could explained as nothing except professional. In the end the buying experience was great. Mr stephens handled all of questions and concerns professionally. We have owned many BMWs but he made buying one much less stressful. I would recommend anyone to go to this dealership and use Mr Stephens.

The dealership provides customized and individualized attention when selecting a new or used BMW. The car associates are most interested in making sure that you purchase the right car based on your needs and desires. They can answer just about any question you may have about the car. They are fantastic to work with. Especially Claude.

I've had a great experience with this dealership so far. Ryan Kukulka helped me select and complete the sale on my used vehicle. I had a very good experience with this dealership. My client advisor was Ryan Kukulka and he did an excellent job throughout the entire process. He was always easy to get in touch with whenever I had questions and I really felt like his priority was working for me. This is true both before my visit to the dealership all the way thought the final sale and after. Again, I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants to buy a quality automobile.

Today I took my vehicle in for break pad replacement and didn't know what to expect due to the noise they were making. As I arrived at the dealership, Michael greeted me and asked me questions related to the vehicle problems, afterwards informed me of what steps I should take in order to take care of the problem, provided an estimate of both the diagnostic and the repair procedure. His customer service skills are superb and due to that he was able to help me in every required aspect. Great guy to work with overall!

Its not often that a car-buying experience is worth writing about, but on this occasion I do feel it is warranted. My wife and I had been shopping for a pre-owned car. We knew we wanted another BMW, and had looked extensively online. There were a couple of cars we liked around Jacksonville and St. Augustine, 2 of which we tried to buy but were treated so poorly that the transaction ended rather abruptly with us vowing to never step foot back upon the lot of either dealership! (Its worth mentioning that neither of the aforementioned dealerships were BMW Centers.)Growing increasingly frustrated with the selection and service we received locally, we expanded our search. It was then that we found a very appealing 2005 BMW 545i- a rare car equipped with the 6-speed manual transmission and the Sport package- at Capital Eurocars in Tallahassee. In spite of the fact it was nearly a 3-hour drive, I called the Internet Sales Director listed in the AutoTrader ad and it was then that I first met Michiel Stephens. I asked Michiel to check the car out thoroughly and to let me know if there was anything about it that could not be seen in the pictures provided. He did a thorough walk-around of the car and called me back to report that there was nothing more than the normal signs of use on a 6-yr old car. I committed to buy the car that afternoon, and made arrangements to drive from St. Augustine to Tallahassee to pick it up the coming Saturday afternoon.Upon arrival at Capital BMW, I sought out Michiel and he threw me the keys to go drive the car. How refreshing it was to be able to drive the car with my wife and kids without anyone else present! The car was as described, but, disappointingly, it did not drive 100% as it should- there was a vibration present above 40 mph that was unacceptable. I returned to the dealership and then drove the car with Michiel and he immediately said he was sorry and refused to further discuss sale of the car in its present state. I appreciated his candor, and told him that I was still interested in the car if/when they could get it fixed. Michiel was genuinely embarrassed over what had happened, apologized profusely, and insisted on filling the tank in my car before allowing us to return home.Michiel maintained good communication over the next couple of days, keeping me up to date with what was going on with the car. As it turns out, the car had a bent wheel. Capital Eurocars had the bent wheel professionally straightened, performed a 4-wheel alignment on the car, and Michiel then drove all the way from Tallahassee to St. Augustine to deliver the car to me personally! So, all in all, my wife and I were abundantly pleased with our buying experience at Capital BMW. Everything was not perfect initially, but this dealership and especially Michiel Stephens went out of their way to make it perfect in the end and to deliver as-promised. Needless to say, in a world where mediocrity is far too often the norm, Capital Eurocars and Michiel Stephens exceeded our expectations at every opportunity.

When I went to Capital Eurocars, I had a pretty good idea what I was looking for, but I had not firmly committed to one specific vehicle. Michiel Stephens was my salesman, and he did a great job. Not only did he do the things that you would expect a dealership to do, such as test drive, explanation of various models, etc., but most importantly, he listened to what I wanted. He didn't just hear what I was saying and go off in a different direction - he took the time to figure out what it would take to make me close the deal. Capital Eurocars is my hometown BMW dealer, but there are plenty of other dealers around, so I didn't feel as if I had to get the car from Capital. Michiel made the difference. He worked up quotes on several cars, came up with a deal I could live with, and got me in my new car. It only took about a day from the time I first set foot on the lot to the time I drove home with my new car - and Michiel did this even though he had jury duty in the meantime. Would I have done business with Capital if I had a salesman other than Michiel? There's no way to know for sure. However, what I know for sure is that Michiel was the main reason I signed on the proverbial dotted line.The facilities are comfortable, and the folks there are very friendly. It was a positive experience for me, and I look forward to more in the future.

John Sipay and Don Bryan made the process of buying a car easy and took all of the stress out of it for us. In fact, we went to Capital Eurocars because John Sipay had moved there from another dealership and we wanted to work with him again. I feel like I can really trust these guys (I am not naive-these are a couple of great no-BS guys) and in the past when having my former BWM serviced, everyone there went out of their way to help me out. Working closely with Claude Rabbath, we very much enjoyed our experience of leasing a new car from Capital BMW. We found Claude to be most knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire process. He was also very patient with us as we considered and reconsidered our order. We have dealt with the service department at Capital BMW for several years and have always been satisfied with the work. These guys were great. From the moment I walked in until the final sale. Claude, the salesperson was friendly and very helpful, I also enjoyed the fact that they didnt try the normal route of what kind of payment can you afford. We talked strictly price and that allowed me to get a great deal. The General Manager didnt seem to be that friendly, but he OKed a good deal so its hard to say too many bad things about him.

My son and I went from our hometown to Tallahassee (about a 30 mile drive) to purchase him a trumpet for band. While in town, I suggested we look at vehicles at Capital Eurocars. I wasn't ready to make a purchase, but wanted to begin looking. After I perused the sales lot for about five minutes, Claude came out and introduced himself. Claude is a consummate gentleman and a terrific salesman, offering no pressure. He was knowledgeable about BMW automobiles and made suggestions. Eventually he made such a great offer with great financing rates, I bought the BMW 528i. All the sales staff was friendly, and the joke around the dealership is that this man came to town to buy a trumpet and went home with a new car too!

Claude was VERY helpful, provided lots of help with the car's features and had a great attitude about customer service. He introduced me to the service manager, made sure I had everyone's contact information and was helpful in ordering satellite radio an mats for my car. All car dealers should have customer service representatives like Claude!

We contacted John after seeing a vehicle advertised on their web site. The vehicle had already been sold but he offered to find what we were looking for at a price we were willing to pay. He found the exact Z4, hard top convertible we wanted at the agreed upon price. Kobe handled the delivery and we are totally satisfied with the vehicle. This is our third Z4 and we also have an X3. This is our first experience with this dealership and I highly recommend both of these salesmen.

Capital BMW was one of the first dealerships we visited when it was time to test drive the makes/models on our new car choice list. We hadn't considered BMW previously, but we always will for any future car purchases. Claude thoroughly answered our questions and provided information we hadn't thought to ask. The details of several models were explained during the hours we were on the lot. We never felt pressured or rushed. After visits to other dealerships, the place to buy was clear.

This trip was to purchase our 4th BMW from Capital Eurocars. Bruce is amazing. His knowledge of the product is endless. He's laid back,considerate and willing to go that extra mile to make you happy. The complete package we wanted was not on their lot, so after a quick search, it arrived in about a week. We quickly came to an agreement on price. Tony completed the finance portion having found a great rate...and off we went. We have always been 100% satisfied with service. PARK STAFFORD is calm, considerate and completely willing and able to help solve any question or circumstance. If there is no loaner available, the shuttle can take you anywhere and/or pick you up.

Not only got a fabulous car....got a golf game thrown in with Chris. The sales manager , (John) and F&I guy, (Tom) were both "easy". They actually tracked my request for a specific car down, bought it from a different dealer, picked it up and had it in pristine condition with a BIG red bow on it for my arrival.They're THE BEST !! I Highly recommend them.

Could not find a manual drive vehicle in the style that I wanted anywhere. Salesaman assisted me in "building" my own and placing the order. Highly recommended that I take delivery of the vehicle at the BMW performance Center in Greenville, SC. Remarkable experience. Never driven a car that hard and now have a true understanding of the capabilities of a BMW!

Purchased an 07 328i cpo, and made the erroneous assumption that the dealer inspection was adequate. I was informed the vehicle had new tires, had never been in an accident, and the interior was immaculate.Upon arriving I found the interior less than imaculate. After repeated trips to have the interior cleaned, before purcahse, I was able to take a test drive.After a few weeks, I puchased the vehicle. Upon my first service visit, 2 weeks later, I was told the vehicle needed new tires. Oh the joys of dealing with car salesmen. They lie to make a quick buck. In the future I will travel to Jax, Orl, or Tampa for future BMW sales.

I was travelling from Evansville, IN to my vacation home in Clearwater when I began having trouble with my 98 BMW. After calling BMW they reccomended Capital Euro Cars. It was late on a Monday when the wrecker arrived at the dealership. The service manager Mike was awesome. He put me in a loaner car and gave me ideas for hotels and food. They looked at my vehilce the next morning. Crawford, the sales manager, gave me options for fixing the problem or buying a new car. I work at a dealership and ran the deal by someone in our sales department. They said it was a great deal. After checking a few other dealers I found that no one came close to my deal. Needless to say I now am a proud owner of a 2009 BMW 328i.

If you are a college student (and female), don't bother with this dealership because they will try to take full advantage of you. I went there to see a car that was priced very low and when I got there, they claimed someone else saw it the night before at their other lot, already took it to a mechanic and was coming to buy it. After a test drive and price quote, I said I was interested and would put the deposit down right there, but wanted to take it to a mechanic. They said they wanted to give this other person a chance since he was there first. I came to find out during the day that this 'other' person actually never took it to a mechanic like I was told and came after me to do so, which would mean I was actually first in line for the car. The salesman claimed that he was very upset and that I was being treated unfairly and the other lot lied. I called back later in the day to find they sold the car to the other guy. The manager and salesman claimed they felt bad and that they were going to do everything they could to get me a similar car. A week later, they called and offered me a car with more miles and wanted more money, I said that I wasn't interested in the car because it was above my price range, and haven't heard from them since...go figure. I think the whole thing was a ploy to try to get me to spend more money. I would be happy to retract this message if they do find me a car at the same price as the other one, but I'm not counting on it. Unless you want to your car buying experience to be a complete circus, don't bother with this place.

Car was is ready on time. Have to make appointments for warranty service sometimes a month in advance as there was no available appointments. They never have loaner cars available. Service manager is terrible. The previous service manager"mike" was awesome.
