My experience was pleasant thanks to the service advisor (Glenn) and the manager. Glenn did an excellent job at getting my car taken care of and also making me comfortable. Two things happened negative, the mechanic did not return the spare where it belongs in the car and also spotted the carpet with grease. The manager took care of both and I left happy. I returned my car for service to remedy an unusual noise. A nice guy named Jeff went for a test drive with me until he was certain we heard the same noise. He quickly identified an issue with the front left wheel bearings. It was about 4:00 pm. My car was ready the next day by lunch time. I enjoyed using a courtesy car which gave me a great opportunity to appreciate the added space and luxury of a great SRX.

the last 2 times I have come in for a simple oil change it has taken over 2 hours. Im not sure what the sense of having an appointment for if its going to take this long everytime. Each time I have had to ask for a status before I was even informed of how much longer. Then when I was finally ready to checkout and waiting another for assistance another representative came up to help but ended up assisting the people behind me leaving me to stand around waiting almost another 15 minutes before I could even leave. VERY frustrating. The only pleasant and helpful part of my visit was Jason Simmons who was very cooperative and informative.

I made the mistake of buying my wife a car as a gift LAST OCTOBER. The transaction has been a continuing nightmare through August of this year when we learned that Capital Cadillac's bungling of the deal had resulted in my wife driving a car that the state had canceled the tags. Months ago when I was trying to get the dealership to do what they said they would do, I wrote a letter to the owner about my nightmare. I am still waiting for a response. I will never deal with this place again and I would not recommend that anyone that did not want a monumental hassle buy a lawn mower from this place.

I had one service person that gave me excellent service, but he's moved on. I have found that all do not adhere to the same kind of service. I realize that my car is an older model. I got good service as a result. I do have some major concerns which are costly. I said that since I could not afford those kinds of repairs the service person said he could get a sales person to help. If I can't afford repairs, by no means can I afford another car. But, thanks I might fine somewhere else to go after 15 years of service.

I bought 2 cars from this dealer, a Cadic sedam (lease) and a 2011 Escalade, both very nice, never had any problem with the cars., the only issued am having still is trying to get the Gop Insurance check from them, since i paid the Escalade a year in advanced, they are giving me the run around, very dishonest people, i would never buy anything from that dealer. They told me the check was in the mail about 2 months ago, every time i call i get a different excuse. That is not the right way to do business.

I purchased a 2011 CTS for my wife. The car looked new . I took it in for an oil change as we planned to drive to New York. The tech noted that the tires had dry rot. I took it to an independent tire dealer and there were tree tires that were dry rotted. I took one tire back and showed it to Doug Pierce. After some discussion he reimbursed me approximately 50% of what I paid , the amount I requested. He and all the service tech I encountered were very helpful. I would recommend the dealership, but was not happy with Jason Simmon as my customer service representative. He let me know ahead of time it would take an hour for my car to be ready and two and a half hours later he was still on his lunch break. I was assisted by Greg Foster who was wonderful and the only way I would come back to Capital Cadillac is if Greg is the one I work with. He was managing all the chaos (very busy day there) while Jason was gone for a very long lunch. I had no problem waiting the full time, but would have liked to have known that up front. Very pleased with Greg, not so much Jason.

Jeremiah did a great job as we took time to make our decision. I was very impressed by his peasant disposition and professionalism. We actually had no intention of trading cars when we left that morning, only getting an oil change and possibly a front-end alignment. We took excellent care of the 2011 and kept the mileage low because we intended on paying it off, with this car carrying us into our retirement years. We never felt pressured. Actually, we were only killing time while the service work was being performed. We do love the 2013 XTS we bought. Thank you for being so patient while we worked through the figures until we found a fair median ground where we were all comfortable in trading.I am happy to tell anyone who asks that we never felt pressured to trade. There were no high-pressure sales pitches. Jeremiah is a great salesman. Up until the time we met in the middle with the price, I would have been perfectly satisfied to go home with a new set of tires for the 2011 because we totally loved our 2011 STS. It is truly a great car with a wonderful luxury package. Whoever gets this car will love all the added features. (I will miss the moon roof! BUT I do also love the 2013 XTS we purchased.)

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. As soon as I left I checked the tire pressure from the programable dash. It registered all 4 tires at different pressure levels. I understand this can happen due to outside temp. About 4 days later I looked inside the gas cap, the drivers door and the owners manual to see what the recommended pressure was and could not find it in any location. I called the dealer and was instructed to let some pressure out of the ones that were high. However the offer was made to scoot over to have them adjust the presssure. Lee Sommers is a class guy and always works to give 110% Excellent Cust Svc. Though I it should have been confirmed before I left they were all set properly. Captial, being the great organization that it is, should alieviate this irritant and provide complimentary Nitrogen which maintains the same level regardless of outside temp. My wife hates the pressure monitors as they often flash, "tire pressure low" which causes her to be concerned. I had Nitrogen put in her tires and there never a problem. Also, the Mercedes dealer always washes and vacuum's my car when they're finished, I think Cadillac should do the same.

I arrived and was told the part had to be ordered and that the recall part wasn't at the dealership. I would have to come back at a later date and time once the recall part was ordered.Not sure why I was told to arrive and make an appointment if the part wasn't ordered or at the dealership. Fortunately, I had another issue that needed to be addressed but I made work arrangements to arrive for the recall appointment.I now have to make another schedule time to arrive when the recall part comes in and make another work arrangement to arrive to have the recall done.

i was disappointed that the quote for 4 new tires for my CTS was over $1000, so i took my business elsewhere and saved $400. i am glad the cashier took my oil change coupon which expired the previous day, since when I got home that same day, i got a new coupon in the mail. i would have been upset if I paid full price for oil change.

I've had nothing but pleasureable experiences from the Service Department at Capital Cadillac..However, on my last visit the engine cover was left off of my car's engine. It was not discovered until I returned home and just happen to look under the hood (something I seldom do after a service visit). I live in Douglasvillve and had to drive back to Syrma so that it could be put back on. It's 30 miles one way. Needless to say I was inconvenienced somewhat. I am aware that things do happen. This incident did not deter my thoughts about the excellent service I've received from Capital Cadillac in pass years in the least. Capital Cadillac is a good compamy that provides excellent service in the sales and service department.

One morning my battery was dead. I charged it and had a errand to run and drove past the dealership as my car was turning 50,000 miles. It appeared to be charging so I went home, after I shut it off and tried again it was dead. I called Capitol and told Doug (SM) the story, and informed him that I know had 50,020 miles on the car (past the warranty). Without hesitation he said bring it in we will honor the warranty. Nice to have a dealership that is flexible. Steve in service took care of me and as always got it done right and fast. I also visited the showroom and talked with Jay about the new SRX. The Capital body shop repaired and repainted my 1972 convertible which I bought new in Hawaii. It was backed into by a garbage truck and did $14,000 worth of damage. It came back in remarkably good condition. It received rave reviews on the paint job at a recent car show. I love the temporary waiting area and show room. I wish you would consider incorporating the open floor plan in the new facility. Waiting only feet from all the new cars makes you want to get up and take a look at the new models. In the past you are sitting in a glass room that makes you just stay seated. The showroom is very inviting, all the mirrors, glass blocks, and fancy light fixtures reflect the light on the new cars and make them sparkle. The sales personal are not tucked in behind glass, so they are more accessible and they seemed to be more attentive to customers walking around. I really enjoyed my visit!

Your overall service is good. A little disappointed that my service rep didn't find the te to greet or give me an update on my service. I will admit that it was Saturday and there were only 2 reps scheduled. My car was also returned to me dirty and I had to request it to be washed. I am however very excited that you are building a new building. I was very spoiled when I bought my previous Cadillac at Hennessy with their nice facility. I can't way to see your finished product. Since my SRX was new! the fan would continue to run after turning off the car. In prior visits, I have mentioned this but no issues were found. This time Pam Butler was my service advisor and she did not give up until the service techs discovered I had a leak in my radiator. So happy to have a car that the AC works as it should! never did cool properly. And a car that shuts off!!

I am a happy Capital Cadillac customer who is always happy to tell everyone about the people and my experiences with your business. However, I called and spoke to Lee Simmons in the service department on 04 08 14 and said I needed to have the shocks repaired on my car, how much would it cost and when could I bring my car in? He said, He would contact my warranty company to confirm what was covered or not, order the shocks and call me back when a courtesy car became available. He did not contact me. I called him a second time and he said he did not have a courtesy car for me nor had the shocks come in. I contacted Mr. Terry Wilson to make sure I was following the correct process to get this repair done, who reached out to Lee and then Lee called me and said with attitude and aggravation in his voice "I told you I would give you a call when the shocks came in and I had a courtesy car available." I was insulted and humiliated to be spoken to that way as a customer. Thank goodness I called again and spoke to Pam Butler who said, " Ms. Johnson I will be glad to order the parts, find a courtesy car and call you back when you can bring the car in for repairs." She called me back within 24 hours, I brought the car in, the repairs were done and the charges were paid. Thank you Capital Cadillac for allow Pam Butler to represent you and prevent me from become a disgruntled and unsatisfied customer, she is always polite, professional and keeps me informed of where we are in the repair process and I don't have to keep calling her to take my business. I had a Sunroof that took a direct hit on the highway and shattered on a Wednesday. I dropped off my STS and had it back on Friday. Very quick and extremely professional. Returned to me before promised. Betty was very easy to deal with. Picked up the car and it was a little dirty, they offered to clean it up and when I came back it was nice and clean. I had to go on-line myself and see if any coupons were offered and, of course, there were. The last Service Rep I had would always offer me coupons (if any) without me asking her. Pam was great! That's why I made sure I worked with her. This was the first time they didn't wash the car though. Also once Pam called to have my car brought up, it took nearly 15 minutes for them to bring it around and it took me 30 minutes front the time Pam called me to notify me my car was ready until I showed up. All went well, as this was my FIRST visit for service. Good eye contact, friendly demeanor with what appeared to be a genuine interest to please. Assessed prob, parts ordered & i departed. But when I called an hour later to ask a question, I couldn't reach the service rep, so I left a voicemail message...he could have been at lunch...no prob. 4 hours later (4:15pm) no return call. so I called again & got vmail. No sense in leaving another vmail, so hung up. 30 minutes later (4:47pm), no ret call. I called again....rang & rang & went to vmail - hung up. waited 40 minutes (5:20pm) & repeated this process, never getting to speak to him, which i found wholly unacceptable. At 5:22pm, I spoke to the Service Manager who took my inquiry & promised to convey to service rep. I NEVER rely on promises, because it leaves me vulnerable and left holding the bag, if it just so happened my inquiry didn't get communicated, so i EMAILED service rep to confirm his receipt of my inquiry from the service mgr (same day)....never heard back that day. It wasn't until the next day, Saturday just before 10am when the service rep called me. He did get my inquiry from the service mgr, but it didn't appear he got my vmail message, since he said if i called multiple times, it's best to leave a vmail message (I DID LEAVE A MESSAGE exactly as described above) My smartphone will confirm the time(s) described herein.Maybe he was inundated with work that day...I found him to be a nice guy. Busy days happen... but unfortunately, one NEVER again gets to make a first impression....and this WAS my first. I pray it's not an omen of perpetual unavailability.Thank you for asking

Overall, the experience was really good. They completed a lot of work on the issues I pointed out. In addition, they were very accommodating by giving me a complimentary car and extending the use of it due to bad weather. I only had 2 minor complaints/issues. First, my initial check-in took a very long time. No one was manning the service door so I was forced to park my car and ask someone to open the service door just to pull my car inside. Three people after me had to do the same. Then I waited about 15 mins before a service person was available to assist me. There seemed to be only two service people working when I arrived. At one point, I noticed up to four people waiting to be assisted. It seemed odd for a car dealership to be so understaffed at 10am on a Saturday. Second, I specifically asked that the tire pressure for my car be checked as I knew they were low. He assured me this would be checked and corrected as part of the 27 point inspection. I check the tire pressure after the visit and multiple tires were still at 32 when they should have been at 35. This made me wonder if the 27 point inspection was ever completed. But again, overall I was very pleased with the service provided. They definitely went above and beyond on that part.

Your markup on parts is outrageous. I needed a headlight replaced...and you provide the AC Delco HID bulb for $290...for 1 bulb. They are sold online for $150 for a 2 pack! I ended up buying a Sylvania for $99 and having you guys throw it in. That markup...just absolutely screwing your customers there. There is no excuse. You guys are lucky my car is certified and I get a loaner...but I will never be buying parts from you...only service.

I picked up my vehicle as scheduled and arranged by my salesman, Brad Aull. He was both professional and diligent in his dealings with me and I have nothing but praise for his handling of this transaction. However, upon receipt of my vehicle I noticed a 3 inch crease in the front bumper. This defect is something I readily noticed in dim light and should have been addressed during vehicle prep but clearly was not. Brad made arrangements for me to bring the vehicle back, secured a loaner (a pickup truck, not my first choice but it was clean and reliable), and was onsite for both drop off and pickup. Again, I have nothing but accolades for Brad. He addressed the issues head on and kept his word without fail. I am in retail, I have an automotive manufacturing background, and completely understand that things happen that are not planned. The true test of great customer service is how we handle those situations when they arise, and they surely will arise. Brad Aull is the consummate professional and clearly dedicated to taking care of your customers.

I came in to have my wheels balanced on my SRX and was told there was a bad tire. Within 2 hours it was replaced and I was on my way. Very satisfied!! Love the new showroom!!!

My 2006 STS was totaled (not my fault). Jeff Wittenberg in the Body Sop referred me to Brad Aull (sic) is Sales to possibly find another Cadillac. Brad (and everyone encountered is Sales) was great. My 2013 Cadillac was due an Oil Change. We were going on a trip that would be approx 1800 miles. I called Steve Clark, Service Advisor. He stated to come on by. He had me in and out in 45 minutes. Checked vehicle over good and changed oil. Good Job.

Glenn Turner is awesome. I would not want anyone else taking care of my car. I was pleased with the service at Capital Cadillac. They provided me with a loaner vehicle so I was able to continue my day with little interruption. Although they were not able to figure out why my check engine light came on, it was reset and it has been fine since my appointment.

The oil change and time I spent there were very good. But I asked for a car wash and the outside was washed but not the wheels, and the interior was not cleaned. I was willing to pay for a good car wash. Also I showed the check in person a defect in one of the mag wheels and was told to show it to the service person at my new service provider in Florida where we were moving. I thought I was buying a car with standards of excellence behind it. I guess I was wrong!

My escalade' s emergency brake broke and disabled my car while on the way to the airport. AAA towed it to Capital and they had it repaired that afternoon-- all of this on a Saturday no less! I got a call that afternoon while in New York that my escalade was fully repaired and they would be glad to pick me up so I could drive my escalade home!!! The very best service ever!! I love Capital Cadillac!!!

I recently purchased a 2011 SRX from Capital Cadillac and had a Great experience!! John and Brad were extremely helpful, answering questions that I emailed ahead of time all the way until I walked out the door with keys to my new vehicle! They were never pushy, provided me with additional information that I requested. They didn't throw tons of retail values and crap in my face like most dealerships do to tell me what a great price it was. (Clearly, if I didn't think it was listed reasonably, I wouldn't have been there! :)). Nobody forced extra protections or costs on me like many dealerships do. They worked with me and were extremely kind, helpful, and respectful. Brad even helped transfer items from my old car to the new one in the end. I highly recommend the dealership!

I went in to Capital Cadillac to look at the new XTS and the new ATS. Jay Moore was the salesperson who approached me. Mr. Moore not only cleared up my confusion about the two models (I had them confused in my mind), but he also took time to help me understand every possible detail--including how to select options that ensure I build a car within my budget. Mr. Moore was patient, friendly and, most important, extremely knowledgeable. He even suggested a place in the area to get a great lunch. Capital Cadillac has an important asset in Jay Moore.

Capital Cadillac Gumala Ogbamicheal, It was a pleasure during business with Gumala Ogbamichael at this dealership. Our experience was very smooth, effective, timely, considerate, without pressure and friendly. We used the internet, and placed a order for a Cadillac CTS Coupe with options and features that we wanted, upon our arrival, the coupe, we were looking for; was waiting in front of the building for our inspection. After our approval we took a test drive, and then, was allowed to bring the coupe home for a few days. She has been extremely patient with me and was willing to answer my questions without making me feel bad. Gotta tell you the team is first rate. From my initial contact with Cheryl, to John, Brad, as well as the Sales Manager, Finance Manager and General Manager. Perhaps the finest customer experience was with Brad Aull. Brad is a real pro and he fully educated me on CUE which is quite an accomplishment. I've been driving Mercedes for years and honestly I don't think I'll ever go back? I leased this car... my first Cadillac and I was treated much better than any BMW, Mercedes dealer in the city, their sales people are snobby. I will be back to have my very cool new ATS serviced with Capital and look forward to seeing everyone in 36 months.

Steve Clark took care of my problem and while my car was there, the 45K service was also performed. He provided me with a loaner car while one part (radio replacement) was installed and the other service completed. Also appreciated have the alignment machine located at the drive-in which identified my alignment was out and would cause tire wear if not corrected. This was also done while my car was in for service.

Both times that I have been to the dealer they have treated me like I was part of their family. I went in once for a recall and once for an oil change. On the recall they gave me a free loaner and on the oil change they gave me and my wife a ride to the near by mall and picked us up when the car was ready.

Superior Service Department<br>One of the main reasons I keep driving Cadillacs is because of your service department. Phil Lynch is a great manager.<br> For a service rep we deal only with Steve Clark. He is willing to help out any time you need anything He listens to what you are saying about your car and he does not try to add on little repair jobs that are not needed. His main concern is to keep your vehicle running in a safe manner. What Steve says you can depend on. <br>My mother and Father are 78 years old they drive only cadillacs and now only deal with Steve.
