On March 18, 2021, I purchased a 2015 Infiniti QX60 truck from this dealership. After one month and 20 days later, I had to put my truck in the shop needing a motor. After I informed the owner on what had happened I was told that is the reason we asked you to get the extended warranty all to hind out the warranty wouldn't cover the motor. They told me they wasn't going to pay for the motor being put in my truck, I told them all I'm asking if you all would help me pay for the motor since you all SOLD ME A LEMON. They said that they would reach out to the warranty company because the motor should be covered under the warranty that I purchased. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. I called and told them that I was at the shop getting my truck back from having a motor put in and THAT I WOULD NEVER COME TO THEM AGAIN. So I wouldn't encourage anyone to go there to buy a vehicle from them. From this day they have not reached back out to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT WHEN YOU DO A PEARSON WRONG, TRUST ME WRONG HAS IT'S WAY BACK AROUND TO YOU.................G. Andrews

I was scammed down the road at a professional large dealership. Came to this one and got more than I could have ever asked for. Polite, friendly, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. if they cant give you a great vehicle within your budget, it's just not possible! Definitely made car buying the easiest and best experience I've ever had! Give em a chance! You wont be disappointed!

This was probably the easiest car buying experience I've had of all 7 experiences now. My vehicle was priced well enough that I honestly wouldn't have expected better from a private sale. The staff was hard working despite being a little short staffed on my visit. Chris in particular fielded pretty much everything that came in on my visit. Speaking of Chris, he's probably the car salesman I've worked with that didn't put a bad taste in my mouth over the years. I was very pleased with my experience here. Revision: welp, the car I got had a clutch that was going out. I figured it was when I got it but the salesman kinda glanced over it when I would mention it which should have been a red flag. Long story short, this clutch was way more expensive than normal to repair and it's taken my transmission shop about 3 weeks to get the parts. I respect the hustle but yeah, I've owned the car for almost a month and only drove it for a week now.
