We can't say enough good things about the service here. Capital Ford of Hillsborough has the nicest staff and skilled service advisors. Our out of state Ford diesel 7.3 truck was running too rough to drive it home through 2 mountainous states. After making the rounds at two other places, one a diesel only truck repair that we knew was overcharging for things not even wrong, and the second place keeping it for 2 weeks saying he couldn't get parts for wrong diagnosis, we had to fly home. A month later we took it to Capital Ford of Hillsborough. In a manner of hours Steven had it diagnosed. He even worked overtime on it & we had it back home within days. It ran great through 4 states and the mountains. Thank you so much for helping us out. We recommend this place to any others looking for honest, helpful people.

This part of the review is on Ron Gregory and not the dealership. Ron is a very honest car salesman. My experience with Ron was excellent. He went the extra mile to ensure that our deal was fair. He is a down to earth guy and not one of those high pressure sales guys. I highly recommend Ron if you ever look at a car or truck at Capital Ford of Hillsborough. Ron had my truck delivered to my door. The Delivery guys were also great. As far as the Dealership it was your typical experience. If it wasn't for Ron I would have walked and not looked back.
