Excellent job. Made an appointment for service, car was taken in fairly quickly ( I was waiting for it) despite a huge volume of cars in for service at that time, and was quickly diagnosed. A part needed to be ordered, when it came in I was called promptly and arranged a follow-up appointment. Showed up, car was immediately taken back and repaired correctly. In and out in less than 30 minutes. This was an extremely pleasant service experience. I recommend Capital Ford to anyone in need of great service. Another great experience:(August 2020) My Ford Edge with dual-zone climate control started blowing hot air on the driver's side and cold air on the passenger side. Brought the car in to Josh Slack, service advisor, and I needed to leave the car with him. I was provided a complimentary ride home, and was called the next morning that the car was ready. It was repaired perfectly, covered under Ford ESP, and I was on my way. Another great service experience from Capital Ford Wilmington!

Took my 2019 Expedition El to Capital Ford in Wilmington for my 25,000 mi oil change and tire rotation. Did a Great Job. Chris My service Adviser was excellent. Would definitely go back. Had my 30,000 miles service done on 7/20/2020. Extremely fast and professional. Chris McLean is my service advisor, He is Tremendous. He always seems to be able to get my service done. I am going to continue to use Capital Ford for all my automotive needs. I continue to have great experiences with Capital Ford of Wilmington. I usually deal with Chris, service advisor, but he was on vacation and Jason helped me. He’s was really good. He was Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Professional.

I would not take my F-250 to anyone else for service. Every experience I’ve had with Capital Ford has been positive. Each maintenance cycle and other repairs they’ve done have been completed with detailed explanations and friendly, expert advice. They have always worked with me on what appointment days and times work best and have provided loaner vehicles when I was in a bind. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Great experience. Fast and friendly . No hassles.. Gave a lower price adjustment which made buying the new car a great deal. George was attentive and very knowledgeable. First stop in car hunting and the last. Thank you for assisting my mother in buying a car.

Ryanne was a great service advisor. She stayed in touch via text and kept us informed of the work status. The price Ford wanted for a new rim was completely nuts ($900), so we will get that elsewhere. I was very pleased with the work they did and the communication. One suggestion-would love it if they vacuumed out the car. Would be a nice treat.
