My experience with capital Ford in Raleigh was so easy and quick. Huge thanks to Anthony and Joe both managers were awesome. Anthony went the extra step to make me as happy as I could be buying a car from them. They went far and beyond what they had to do to make my car deal perfect. Thanks again guys. John Blackwell assist me with purchasing my car today and it was a much smoother process than I’ve experienced before. He was careful to listen to my requests and answered any questions I had. I didn't feel pressured and felt like he worked with me to get me the car I wanted! I’m so happy and relieved on how well it went!

I love dealing with Capital Ford! I just traded in my 2005 Mustang, which I purchased brand new from Capital Ford, for a 2019 Mustang EcoBoost Premium. Don made the sale and he was awesome! He was very friendly and fun to work with and he made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered. While I am definitely going to miss my 2005 Mustang, I'm excited for my upgrade.

We use both their service department and heavy truck service department on a regular basis. We have always been treated in a very courteous and professional manner. Their communication with us has always been excellent. We would definitely recommend.

March 2021 I purchased a Ford Fusion SE. What I thought was a great car turned out to be something with a lot of underlying issues that were not told to me. I found out that my car had been in a accident and was not repaired 100%. My car went to the dealership 3 times in 2 months which is very sad for it to be a new car. I was not given a loaner vehicle or rental until after the 2nd week of being without my car for the 3rd time. My car sounded as if the wheels were going to fall off anytime I hit even the slightest bump in the road, only to find out I had a busted transmission mount on a 2020 vehicle. I had to take off work due to the fact I didn’t have transportation. Recently got an appraisal from another dealership where my $30k car is now only valued at $18K due to the accident that was put on my car prior to me owning it. That information was not told to me because I definitely would not have selected that car at all. At this point I no longer feel confident that I have a reliable car being that there was so many hidden details about it. I am seeking other actions because this is completely unacceptable! This deal was not a good one and now I’m stuck with something that I have no clue that will last a long time. I will not stop until this is resolved !
