The finance guy even got me a lower interest rate than SECU. I left with the vehicle I wanted and a slightly lower car payment then I was expecting. We recently purchased a 2022 Tucson SEL from Capital Hyundai and we are very happy with the car and the buying experience. Emma and Luis took good care of us and explained things to us both in chats before we came in, and once we came in to look at the car. I had some questions after the sale and Ashley reached out to me and went over my questions. It's great to have a dealership that still cares about you after the sale. Plus, we LOVE the new Tucson. I just purchased a car here about six months ago and I got to say they have a reputation for being very reliable vehicles that do last a very long time. This was one of the main reasons I end up picking up the car because of his reputation. They are very reliable vehicles.

This dealer and service center are really customer service centered. The staff has always treated me right and gone beyond expectations to accommodate any needs. We have leased 2 vehicles from Capital since 2018 and taken them for service there every time. Without hesitation.

Noticed a hole in the leather seat (right rear) of a white 2022 Tucson limited awd, a 40k dollar car. Was fully prepared to purchase this car, expecting them to fix or replace this seat. Instead, I was offered mudguards and 2 tanks of gas if I dealt with it. I was also told that I could take advantage of both the 1.9% financing and the recent grad discount. After speaking to other dealerships, it seems this is not true.
