Very pleasant experience throughout the buying process. The sales person, Mo, was there for me throughout the process and never pushed me to buy anything that I didn’t need. He patiently walked me through all options, pros and cons, he was very knowledgeable on Lincoln cars and even allowed me to check out his own car which was a Lincoln. The car arrived 10 days before the scheduled delivery date which was an unexpected pleasant surprise. We love the car and we can’t wait to take it for a long ride. Good job Capital of Cary and thanks for all the help Mo Mohajer.

I found a car online and contact this dealership. They had the vehicle waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. Robert was my salesperson. He was wonderful. He didn't push me, just let me test drive it. He was extremely personable and so nice to work with. If I had not purchased this day, I would have wanted to come back to work with him. I live about 3.5 hours away from Raleigh, so that's saying alot. I highly recommend stopping here if you are looking for a car.

I have been using Capital Mazda of Cary for the last year and I will continue to trust them with my Mazda 3. I’ve never had any problems at all. My daughter needed a new car, but was waiting for her lien release, which the insurance company needed before paying her claim. None the less she wanted to at least walk around and see the offerings. We explained the situation to the salesman Rob F, and instead of dismissing her, and letting her just wander, he spent a great deal of time talking to her, about the features of the 2020 Mazda 3. What impressed me the most, was how he spoke to her, rather than me. He listened to her regarding the features she wanted, as well as what she didn't. Yesterday, she purchased a new Mazda 3, from Rob F, and was very happy with the salesman, and the over all process. As a father, who has taken his daughters car shopping before, and seen how some salespeople ignore the female who is making the purchase, and only address the male , in the back ground. This is important to me, and speaks volumes for Capital Mazda, of Cary

Every single step of buying my new car was amazing. Low pressure, friendly staff, and willing to work with me to make a deal I am comfortable with. My salesman, Geremiah, was awesome, and the sales manager and finance manager were both great to work with as well. This is by far the best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had and I will be a repeat customer!
