I purchased my FIRST car being age 20, I thought I would be denied because I have absolutely have no credit, these guys worked with me , gave me a discount on the car, was patient and didn't try to sell a lemon they told me if there are problems with a car recalls etc. All in all , I would recommend everyone to go here for the sake of your money and time

I was out shopping around for a used car and pulled into Capital Motors I thought I was going to be satisfied with my purchase of a Nissan but it ended up being a disaster the salespeople went over and above but being that the car had high mileage I ended up having problems after purchasing it this dealership has cars with high mileage and expect to dip in your pocket for repairs I questioned the salesman Alex if they had a mechanic on site to check out a sound the car was making and he said the mechanic refused to I asked to speak to the manager and he was no where to be found I don't recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from this dealership since they are all cars with age to them

I truly loved my experience at capital motors. I ended up taking my 22 yr old son who is in the military, but has no credit car shopping. The entire team worked tirelessly for 2 days until all was done to our complete satisfaction. The finance manager was truly a god sent. He did not stop until my son got the best interest rate available to him. He saved him 100 dollars a months on car payments. Thank You so very much for making my son's first experience with a dealer ship memorable in a positive way.

I decided to buy my new car from capital motors and I can say that I am pretty happy with the car they sold me. The salesman who sold me the car was very understanding and helpful. I have been driving my car now for a two months and it drives great. I am especially happy with their prices. if you are looking for a good car you should check them out.

I love my new 2002 Lexus. I am very happy with my new car. I looked for weeks for a good/reliable car that I would keep for a long time, but with a reasonable price. in all honesty I was beginning to give up, when I came to these guys website and found my new car. I have had this car now for more than six months and it looks and drives great. I am extremely satisfied and I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

I attempted to work a deal to buy a car mid December 2014, but could get no cooperation from anyone over requesting a Car-fax before I could look at the car. I was told by the salesman that called me that I could have a Car-fax and it would be emailed to me. After about 4 emails and 3 phone calls requesting a Car-fax I gave up on this dealership. The only thing stated by the salesman was, "we don't list or buy cars with issues".

I am very satisfied with Capital Motors. It took me a long time to find my son a car, and I finally decided to buy one from these guys and they were wonderful. The customer service was great and my son is obsessing over his car. I thought I might have trouble finding a good/affordable car, but Capital Motors really does have affordable prices. after a lot of research I finally decided to visit this lot and look at their 2012 Acura TL and I can tell you one thing; iwas not disappointed. I have been driving this car for almost 4 months and thank god it has treated me great. I got a pretty good deal on this car, nnot to mention the fact that it looks great. These guys have some of the best prices in town. i was so happy when i found my new toyota, it was truly a blessing. i really needed a pickup for my business and when I asked the manager he hooked my up with my new amazing car. The workers there are nice and the manager was especially helpful. if you have any complaints just talk to the manager, he even gave me a great deal on a truck box. Def recommend them.

I did my research and couldn't find the 2000 Lexus Es300 for my budget, i saw one on their lot and stopped by and it was a great deal. the customer service was also great, i was greeted and went with the salesman on the test drive. I would buy a car again from them again, keep up the good work

This entire place is a sham. From fighting each other in front of customers, to avoiding phone calls, to trying to purposefully hide whats under the hood. 2 months after buying my car for 11k it does not run. They have not fulfilled their WRITTEN promises , and I have to start the process of going to court while 8 months pregnant. Truly a terrible experience.

GOD IS SO GOOD AND KYLE IS AMAZING .. First time I walked in he told me " I will get you in a car you have my word" AND HE MADE IT HAPPEN .Started looking for cars Monday rode off Friday . I'm only 19 yeRs Old first time driver and no insurance Kylie helped Me with it all! I was told no so many times And denied approval but he kept his word and got everything in my name ! HE IS THE BEST

I found the car online; so I went to look at it after work. Initially upon driving up; I didn't think it was the right location due to the conjestion of the lot. It was no place for me to park. I pulled in front of the shop; got out and the main salesman (whom I didn't know who he was at the time); hurried past me without a greeting. I looked around as I did not really know where to go. The 'salesman' walked past me again. I then followed him inside; he was in front of me and let the door shut in my face! I walked inside and told the man at the desk that I called earlier about the Beetle online and he said that I needed to speak with the 'salesman'. I asked which one - it just so happen to be the rude salesman that had walked past me 3x without speaking!!! I was annoyed at this point. I walked back outside and then spotted what I thought to be the car from offline. My daughter and I walked over to the car and was appalled!!! It was filthy with cigarette butts and trash all over the floor. The rude 'salesman' walked over and told me that the car wasn't ready yet and that it'd be about 3 days!!! I told him that I had called earlier and that he should have mentioned that on the phone! I immediately left and went to Cary to look at another Beetle and made a purchase because they were so nice in Cary!
