Low class; rude sales manager (NOAH WOODS) who called me a liar after the following actions:1. I was quoted a price for a vehicle. 2. A friend' husband offered to call to see what kind of deal he could get. 3. Sales manager (NOAH WOODS)asked friend's husband if he knew me... he told him he didn't. 4. Friend's husband was quoted $700 better price than I was by same sales manager (NOAH WOODS) within a matter of minutes.5. I called sales manager (NOAH WOODS)back to let him know that I was informed of the difference in prices quoted. 6. Sales manager (NOAH WOODS) angrily tells me.... He didn't appreciate my lying to him, he wasn't going to sell me the vehicle anyway and HUNG UP the phone on me. Now wasn't this professional? 7. I called back to inform him of a few things too. a. I lied to him about nothing. He didn't ask me if I knew the other guy.... he asked the other guy if he knew me. I was the one with the money wanting to buy a vehicle. b. I would say that he is the liar since his absolute lowest price was quite different for the woman attempting to buy versus what he quoted the man. c. That he was correct in that he would not be selling me this vehicle or any other vehicle EVER!To anyone reading these reviews... I would strongly suggest if you can deal with any other dealership... save yourself time and do so. If you must buy from them... women.. please let your husbands to the dealing!!! Its obvious they try to take advantage of us being women. To the pleasant sales manager...NOAH WOOD.... If you are intending to stay in sales, you might want to brush up on your social skills. In addition, it would be the intelligent thing to do to quote the same price when you have 2 different people inquiring about the same vehicle who are calling from the same town. Obviously you demonstrated that intelligence is not your strength. I do intend to communicate the way you treated me to the general manager as well as through social media.The way I was treated as a potential customer was unacceptable especially when I was getting ready to spend $38,000.PS.. My only regret is that I allowed the actions of Noah Wood to basically ruin a perfectly great Saturday!

We were ready for a new car. After few weeks of researching we decided to buy a 2016 Nissan Rogue. Capital Nissan did not have the car we were looking for in stock, but David Kelley in just few minute found the car that my fiancee was dreaming for ( Red). On February 7, 2016 I was involved in a head on collision and my 2012 Nissan Frontier was a total loss. I was hit by a newer Nissan Altama, which was also a total loss. However, both myself and the other driver were able to walk away without any serious injuries. This is a reaffirmation of the safety of a Nissan product!My true appreciation is for Salesman David Kelly. He was able to track down another Nissan Truck in less than 1 hour. He arranged for the transfer to the Wilmington outlet for me to pick up. My true respect is how he helped with the financing and down payment. This was an unexpected accident and I am a part-time student with a tight budget. He was able to secure a factory rebate to assist with the down payment. I received an excellent interest rate to top it all off. David Kelley receives 5 stars for helping me in a very difficult time. We love our new 2015 Nissan Pathfinder!!!! This car buying experience was excellent and enjoyable and I never even had to go to the dealership! All communications were done through phone calls, emails, and texts. The communication back and forth was great and very easy to get questions answered. Everything was clear cut with discussions about price and the vehicle. The fact that they were willing to deliver and drive the car to my house and do all paperwork here made this car buying experience truly one of the easiest I have ever been a part of. Overall my wife and I were very pleased with the complete buying process from start to finish and appreciate all the work and time put in from our salesman Jeff Ahladis and Kenny Yates!

Overall the service was excellent. The only comment I have is that I came to have my oil and filter changed using the Express Service which is advertised as 30 minutes or less. I arrived at about 8:30 AM and left at approximately 9:50 AM. That's 1 hour and 20 minutes, not 30 minutes. If this had been a work day, I probably would have been more annoyed, but I was on vacation so it didn't impact my work, only my free time. Other than that, I think Charles did a great job and I will return to Capital Nissan for future service and maintenance work.

I was greeted immediately upon arrival and my vehicle was taken in for scheduled services right away. I also stopped by the parts window to order an accessory and the service was prompt and thorough. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Brian did a great job from the time I arrived until I pulled out of the receiving area. He reviewed everything on the multi-point inspection and made recommendations.

Poor Customer Service for military members. You hear all the bad things about car dealerships from jacksonville, so we decided to go to wilmington. The car buying experience went well and we enjoyed our sales rep. But the customer service ENDED there. I called 3 days prior to our temp tag expiring and finance told us that our information had just been sent to dmv (27 days after purchase) and we should receive plates before the temp expired. Here we are, "Expiration Day" no plates. Call dealership, their solution is to wait until Monday. We are both Active Duty Marines who work in Jacksonville. I explained husband could not get on base with expired tags. They said they can't do anything until Monday. I asked how people who buy cars on Saturday get temp tags and they responded "you could buy a new car and get tags" Keep in mind this is Noah, the general manager. No resolution.

I came in wanting to trade in my 2 year old vehicle. They put me in a 2015 Nissan Altima with all of the gadgets I love, with great gas mileage, and actual backseat space. I was kind of worried about the monthly payments, but I will actually be saving money due to the great gas mileage.

We knew what we wanted. They located it on lot. We talked numbers for a little bit. The experience was easy. We ended up getting the car we wanted for the price we anticipated. I did a lot of research prior to purchase. The facility is clean and our salesman Jimmy was pleasant to deal with. Not pushy at all. Usually I hate dealerships but this trip was a success.

I had a very good experience with Jeff. I love that he was patient with me and took his time with me (especially being almost 8 month pregnant) This wasn't something I was looking forward to do doing as I loved the jeep I traded in but he made it a very smooth transaction. And made sure I was comfortable and relaxed and answered all my questions...even kept offering me something to drink. Even after the sale was completed he went over any questions that I had with the vehicle and even hooked up my Bluetooth and filled my tank up with gas and showed me how everything worked with my new car, and as many times as I have traded I have never had a sales person be that thorough and patient with me, especially considering it was after 9:00 at night and he still took his time with me and didn't rush me and even gave me his cell phone number if I thought of any questions later...He was a great salesman and didn't make me feel pressured like some do, he acted like he genially cared about my needs and what would be best for me! Great experience! Would do business again!

Charles always takes greatt care of my car! He gets it in and out quickly and always sends it for a nice wash. I even got the front vacuum out which was super nice of the guys in detail. Very helpful had all the paperwork done for me before I was there I came from Jacksonville cause they couldn't do a deal but capital Nissan could. Very reasonable and personal and professional. Sales representative jimmy was outstanding and anyone who goes there to buy should see him most honest sales representative I've ever dealt with normally you dread dealing with dealerships and representatives but that was 100% not the case with him or dealership 100% recommend jimmy and dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

I went in to buy a new Rogue. Eric was awesome! He listened to what my financial needs were and what type of payments I needed and found the right one for me!! He is very personable and really pays attention to what you like and don't like in a vehicle and works really hard to get it "just right" for you! Patrick and Noah in the financial dept worked really hard with my bank to get my payments where I needed them to be and I drove home with my new car the next day!! So excited!!

After going to nearly all the big dealerships in town I can say without a doubt that this team is the most professional around. I wish more car salespeople treated their customers like Gary Scott, no nonsense and he focuses on helping the customers make the best decisions for themselves. I can't say enough about Jimmy and Matt either. Both stayed after hours to get the job done and met us first thing the next morning to pick up the car. Buying a new car can be a nerve racking experience and sometimes uncomfortable when the dealer uses high pressure sales tactics. Jim Kamara, the sales consultant my wife and I dealt with on May 16, 2015 when we purchased my car, a new 2015 Nissan Rogue was very professional and clearly showed the skills to make my wife and I happy. In fact, soon after we finished the paperwork from my new Rogue, we talked more with him and told him we would be back in a few months to purchase another car to replace our other vehicle. We in fact, changed our mind, decided the same day, on our way out that we would be back that afternoon to purchase another vehicle for my wife and we did. We went home to get the titles to both cars we were trading in and when we came back we in fact, purchased a second car, a new 2015 Nissan Altima. From the time I drive on the lot(first day) to driving my 2015 Pathfinder off the lot it was PERFECT! ! No pressure. .. no push.. no high sales pressure. Denny answered ALL my questions, concerns and got me exactly what I wanted and for what I wanted to pay. My wife travels to DC a lot and her previous car was finally causing more problems then it was worth. We decided within a day that we needed to buy her a new car. We found Capital Nissan through Car Guru, which had a great deal on a Versa hatchback at a very low price. We had heard great things about the Versa. Jimmy helped us take a look at the car, but my wife was not thrilled. Even though it was a great price, she wanted something a little newer. Within 24 hours, Jimmy found us the perfect car. I'm a bit obsessive about making these kinds of purchases, and Jimmy was very patient as I studied the car, did my own research, and asked him lots of questions. My wife was already back in DC, so I had to do this all from a distance. Matt Loach worked with us to get the best loan rate from a distance.We're confidant we got a good deal on this car with a fantastic loan rate. We didn't think we could afford the payment for a newer, nicer versa. But between the great deal on the car and the fantastic loan rate, we got the car payment exactly where we needed it. Jimmy is a very relatable person who attends to his customer needs without pressuring for a sale. He made sure that I was content with the car before my purchase, buffing out scratches and double-checking the detailing. I highly recommend giving Jimmy and Capital Nissan a try. I bought a car from Jimmy Kamara last week and it was the one of the best car buying experiences I had. I test drove a 2013 Pathfinder but ended up bringing home a 2014 with much less mileage and more amenities. Jimmy made us feel comfortable through the whole process. Noah was great to work with also. I have given this rating because I like this dealership. From the commercials to the staff, I think this dealership gives the customer a great and friendly experience. I have used Wilmington Nissan for all of my oil changes and services to my car and one day, planned to buy a new one from there. That day was Wednesday and the overall impression that I got was that the associates are genuinely concerned about the customer. Working with Larry and his team is a 5-star experience.

I bought my first used car from capital Nissan a month ago. Every time I spoke with the salesman I felt pressured. After I finished my paper work, he Sat next to me and told me to write a good review on delearrater.com and watched as I did so. I wrote a good review at the time because I felt like I should, but in the month that I have owned the car it has become apparent that I got hustled. Aside from the issues with financing and paperwork, and not receiving my Virginia tags until after my temporary tags expired, the car came with no key for the wheel locks which cost me $100 to have the locks broken off when I got it inspected. It also started flashing warning lights in the dash a few days After my purchase. It turns out there is a bad oil control valve and it's about a $400 fix, which of course is not covered by the warranty sold to me by capital Nissan. I also found that these warning lights started coming on at 51000 miles...I bought the car with 52410 miles. Its not hard to be honest and trustworthy but I guess used car salesmen are all the same. Thanks capital Nissan, I hope a lot of people read this review.

Our experience at Capital Nissan was excellent. When my wife and I drove onto the lot, we were greeted immediately by a very friendly and personable salesman, Jimmy Kamara. We told him what we were looking for, and he showed us all the many options that were available. We decided which one we wanted and everyone we worked with through the process was very friendly and accommodating. My mom and I pulled up and slowly drove around, Jimmy walked up to us to ask us how we were doing, I asked where I could park and Jimmy directed us to the front. We got out and he was very friendly. He wanted to know exactly what I was looking for. Make, model, car, features, etc. I told him and he walked me right to a great car that matched my needs. We went for a test drive in a black model and he was very curious to know about me and what brought me down to wilmington (as I am front up north). I fell in love with a white model once we got back and I knew that was the one I wanted. Right away we worked on an application and Jimmy worked his wonderful Magic and got us a great deal!! It was too good not to pass up. My mom and I talked it over and without Jimmy caring for us so much and offering to help us , we probably would have kept looking around. Jimmy is a phenomenal team member, it's not only about sales for him. He cares for his clients and wants to make the best for them. Highly recommend him!!! Now today, I have become a proud new car owner!!!

I was told to bring my car in for airbag recall work. Because of them not handling it right when I called, the service technician offered a complimentary car wash & vacuuming out of my car. After waiting 3 hours & 45 minutes, & finding out they had called my husband & said it would be done in 1 hour, an hour and a half before. I checked & it was done. When they brought it to me, it had not been vacuumed or washed. Tom the service advisor at this point, I had talked with Stephanie & didn't even know Tom, said he would bring it back it 10 minutes. When he brought it back, they had vacuumed the front mats only, not even the floor under it. When I mentioned to Tom that this was being handled by the Nissan Executive Office because of the horrible way it had been handled originally, he shrugged like he could care less & walked away! I've emailed Larry Brown as per his invoice request to call or email if they did not provide a truly exceptional service experience, not once but twice and he has not even answered me.. We own 2 Nissans that were purchased new. We will be purchasing a new car next year & it will not be a Nissan.

My salesperson Art was great. Easy going no pressure just answered my questions and discussed the features of the car. I thought I would get a better price on the car but it really did not matter because the customer service was so good. Can not rate the quality of work because I have not had my car serviced yet. I only have two complaints: The car detailing they did was more like a was and wipe down. There was trash in the backseat from the previous owner or the sales worker who had been driving it. The second complaint is I called the finance department 3 times and left messages. No one called back. It wasn't until I called Art S. on his day off that I got a response. Thanks for the save Art! I was still very dissapointed with the finance department and I still have not received my payment information from the bank. To conclude: if you want a great "sales experience' call Art, but make sure you either finance the car yourself or make sure you have a contact that will help you in the finance department.

Art introduced himself one morning while I was walking through the lot on my way home from Enterprise. A few weeks later I saw a car for sale online and it happened to be the one I really needed, and it was at this dealership right around the corner from my home. I had Art's card on my desk and gave him a call. We closed the deal the other day. Was quick and easy and I got the car for the price I needed it at.

I'm a 23 year old and this was my first time buying a car on my own. I had been looking online for weeks for the right car, and finally came across a listing at Capital Nissan. I live about an hour and a half away so I called in advance to see if they had it in stock and if it would be possible to take it for a test drive. Art Schupbach was the associate I spoke with and he went out of his way to see if the car was still on the lot. I told him that I would be in later that day. When I arrived, the car was parked outside waiting for me to be driven and looked at. Art acknowledged me and greeted me, asking if I had been the one he spoke to. As soon as I saw the car and knew I wanted it, Art helped me throughout the entire process and explained everything including sales, credit history, insurance, payment, maintenance etc. I have a limited credit history, but Capital Nissan was able to help me get the best possible rate for my finance. While I was waiting for paperwork to go through, the staff even went off the lot to get energy drinks that I had requested. Before I knew it, after dotting I's and crossing some T's, the gas tank had been filled up and car detailed, I was driving home with a new car. I would highly recommend this dealership, and I will be doing business again.

I worked with Alex and "Saji" (Sah-gee), your regional Nissan Loyalty expert and he and Alex bent over backwards to have me leave with a new Nissan Pathfinder. The customer service was outstanding, and Mr. Art Schupbach went out of his way to ensure that the process, from test driving to purchase, went calmly, smoothly, and easily. Also, Mr. Schupbach helped us go over the pros and cons of each vehicle we considered, and personally took us to the parts and service department to make we knew how to service our vehicle in the future. My only complaint is that I wish the financial manager was more explicit in his explanation of the paperwork and the car loan.

Mr. Russell was very helpful, from the moment we shook hands. He was very prepared and had researched the used car I was interested in, and he had driven it himself and personally inspected it for any bugs or glitches. Mr. Russell was also friendly and personable, seeming to take a genuine interest in me and my family. He was on top of things and knew what he was doing, and he remained very positive and resourceful the entire time. The Capital Nissan staff were all helpful and polite, always doing anything possible to expedite and lessen the sometimes daunting car buying process. I have never had such a positive experience at a car dealership, and I would highly recommend Capital Nissan and Derryck Russell!

I had an excellent experience with Aubrey Dowdy when I purchased my brand new Sentra. She was very informed and really adapted to what I wanted and what I expected from my deal. I actually had a good time buying my car and that is rare when going to a dealership. She was extremely pleasant and after a bad experience with the general manager (Noah Woods) I was ready to take my car (that I bought from capital Nissan in 2008) somewhere else for a trade in but Aubrey was very professional and easy to deal with. If it wasn't for her and the financial manager, Stephen, I would have gone somewhere else. They both were wonderful people. Aubrey tracked down the car I wanted, got it to Wilmington in one day and all i had to do was walk in and sign. Every dealership needs someone like her. Stephen was also extremely helpful, kind and patient with me. He was extremely knowledgeable and happens to be nicest man I've ever met. I consider myself very lucky to have had both of them work with me while buying my car. They were outstanding.

I must say that I have never been to Nissan dealership before. I shall tell everyone what a pleasure it was working with them in getting a car. There was one guy (sorry I didn't get his name, because he was so busy trying to get the right price) there that was wonderful. The excitement he used in trying to get the right price for me was overwhelming. He was so sweet in coming back every few minutes to let me know the progress on the banks decisions. It wasn't just him, but I was amazed in how everyone complement each other in working together and I do mean all. They took their time in trying to get me the right car with the right price. I'm on a fixed income, so they knew I just had so much to work with. They worked hard for me and came out with a almost new car, with no money down. We have recently relocated to North Carolina and our visit to Capital Nissan was our first foray into car purchasing in the state. It turned out to be the only visit needed. Upon our arrival, we were greeted promptly by David Kelley. He was personable and immediately put us at ease. He listened to our description of our wants and needs, and directed us to the Nissan Altima. We have never encountered a salesperson as well versed in his product as David. He showed us many options within our category and was receptive to our budget concerns and never tried to pressure us into a product out of our targeted range. We test drove a few cars and found one that we really loved. He answered every question and provided so much information on the car that we felt extremely comfortable in making our selection. Once our choice had been made, he guided us through the paperwork process handled by Stephen Foy in finance. We returned in two days to pick up the car which was spotlessly detailed and filled with gas. At this point, David Kelley showed us his desire to go above and beyond in completing our delivery. He sat with us first in the showroom to go over the manual and pertinent details, and then in the vehicle for almost an hour to explain every facet of the workings of the vehicle. He did not let us leave until he was sure that we were comfortable with the operation and features of the vehicle. David provided us with his card containing his cell phone number and indicated his availability for any question that may arise. He telephoned us the next day to see how everything was going, and we were pleased to say that all was well.We would recommend this dealership and most particularly, David Kelley, without reservation to anyone who asked. We look forward to a continued relationship with Capital Nissan as we make our home in North Carolina.

David Kelley is an exceptional Sales Person. David, from understand immediately. David at no time tried to put us in a vehicle that he knew would not suite our needs. My husband and I have owned Nissans since 1979 so David didn't have to sell us on how good Nissans are. He did however have to meet and exceed our expectations for good service and fair business practices, at the same time get us in the car that best suited us financially, and esthetically. He accomplished both. We would recommend to our friends and family to go see David whenever they need to buy a car. He expressed a sincere interest in us and made us feel that we at that moment were the most important customers to him at that time. Absolutely miserable, border line criminal experience with the service department recently. I will be actively steering people away from the dealership, both for service to their vehicles and for purchases. You can't trust people to sell you a car when they are so underhanded on the service side. Two thumbs down.... they suck.

Do not believe half of these reviews on this website. Check out their other reviews through google as well. They are scam artists who lie and speak to you with the utmost disrespect. They fight to honor both standard and extended paid for warranties,they give you the run around when they are being forced to be held accountable for what they should, they even do shady mechanical work to vehicles and attempted to force you to pay for their mistakes. They are the bottom of the barrel. Look elsewhere for a car. I sincerely regret this dealership and pity anyone who has to deal with these people. I'm looking forward to the state and legal action stepping in.

I didn't visit the dealership to buy a car, but to have a friends car serviced. Mr. Kelly was in the service department at the time talking with another customer and I overheard him telling about the promotions there at the dealership. We spoke and after talking with him the promotion he presented convinced me it was more economical for me to downsize. I told him the price range I would be comfortable with and he help made that possible. He made my car buying experience about me not him. Mr. Bostic did my paper work and made it a comfortable experience. I was offered different packages and everything was explained so I understood. I would recommend the dealership to my friends. I've bought cars before and ended up having stuff tagged on the deal that I realized later I didn't need. I'm very please with my purchase.

They were very easy to work with, worked extremely hard and secured me financing better than I could find anyone else, and sold me a beautiful used Nissan GTR. Really nice guys - normally i leave car dealerships feeling cruddy and somewhat confused. From sales to financing they were a pleasure to work with - would definitely buy from them again!

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle. Jordan was very friendly and professional. He was able to listen to my needs, concerns, and questions, and was able to provide all the information needed. Multiple phone calls, emails, and a long trip to the dealership, Jordan was so pleasant the whole time. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle, but also about the lending process and what would suite my needs. When I arrived at the dealership, the other consultants were just as nice and professional as Jordan. Everyone wanted to help and were very courteous. I returned the following day to pick up my vehicle, and everyone was just as nice as they could be. From the moment I called about the advertised car, I could tell that these folks are very reputable. Jordan convinced me over the phone to see the car by being honest and friendly. When we got to the dealership Rob came over to help us and was also very genuine and friendly. The overall sales experience was great. We bought the car and the next day had mechanical trouble with it. They told us to take it to the nearest Ford dealership to be checked. From there they came to get the vehicle since we live an hour away from their dealership. They gave us a car to drive while the one we bought was in the shop. The loaner car was a nice new looking car, of the same color that we bought. When the car we bought was ready, Jordan brought it to our house and picked up the loaner. I feel like these folks went out of their way to make the experience the most pleasant it could be. The little things they did, like the color of the loaner car, the little gifts we got when we bought the car, shows their thoughtfulness. I feel like we were taken care of very well and would definitely buy from them again and refer all my friends to them as well.

I have given this rating because I like this dealership. From the commercials to the staff, I think this dealership gives the customer a great and friendly experience. I have used Wilmington Nissan for all of my oil changes and services to my car and one day, planned to buy a new one from there. That day was Wednesday and the overall impression that I got was that the associates are genuinely concerned about the customer.

My first contact with Nissan was when Rob Upchurch responded to my internet request/interest in a used car. When I arrived at the dealership, Jordan Branyon assisted me as Mr. Upchurch was engaged. Mr. Branyon was friendly, professional, and asked the questions needed to determine my needs. After test driving two vehicles, I called a friend to meet me and look at the cars. By this time I met Mr. Upchurch, who was also friendly and professional. We could not come to a meeting of the minds on price, but I asked them to contact me should a car become available that met my criteria. Mr. Upchurch contacted me the next day. We still could not come to an agreement. A couple weeks passed and my needs changed. I contacted Mr. Upchurch and went to the dealership again. I was going to test drive another car, when Mr. Branyon arrived with some additional information that made a deal feasible. Between the two of them, we finally came to a deal and I leased a Sentra. They went the extra mile after the deal was done, and assisted me in getting the car to my residence and showing me the various features. I would recommend them without reservation.

I would highly recommend them to everyone. I had never even been there before and made a cold call from the phone book looking for something I could afford. My truck was broke so I couldn't get around to the dealerships. They came and picked me up!! 30 miles there and back! I told them what I was looking for, the salesman found it and I was driving off with my new(new to me)car within 24 hours of my initial phone call. What impressed me most was the fact that I was buying a used car that was not the most expensive and I was treated as if I were buying one of their high end,top dollar, brand new cars. My 11 year old daughter was with me and we both felt totally comfortable and at ease. The salesman was friendly while staying on task. There was no pressure, no pushiness just genuine respect and excellent customer service. I dealt mainly with Internet salesman Rob Upchurch. I'll buy my next car from him also.

I was in and out of there in about 2 hours. Since going to a car dealership is my least favorite thing to do, that's a good thing. This was an (almost) pleasant car buying experience. I can only hope that my first visit to the service department goes as smoothly!

This was by far the best and most straight forward buying experience of my life. My salesperson, Dave French, was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was never pushy and made me feel that every question I had was as important to him as it was to me. He allowed me to take as much time as I needed to make the right decision for my family and I. He kept his word on all that he promised. George Lewis made the paperwork as painless as possible. Eddie Snow told me that he would personally fill my gas tank with every survey I completed. I would recommend Wilmington Nissan to everybody.

Sales Person Jordan went out of his way to find us the car we wanted,(he drove an hour and a half to pick it up personally),he was very upfront with pricing & friendly too! I will tell everyone about my experience. We did a lot of price shopping comparing several dealerships Wilmington Nissan gave us the very best price even though they were 65 miles away.

I had several internet offers from multiple Nissan dealerships, but they did not have the car that I was looking for. I contacted Jordan and told him what offers that I had received. He was able to get the Manager to agree to match the best internet price that I received. I had to drive 2 hours to the dealership and Jordan met me outside. He was able to assist me in completing the sale and trade my car in. Afterward, he took the time to go over all of the vehicle.

I have continued to lease from Nissan because I love the cars and the enjoyment of having a lease. Wilmington Nissan was fantastic, especially the lease agent Buddy Coble. I was in and out without any hassles. Buddy took care of EVERYTHING and I basically just had to sit there until my car was ready for me to drive it away. I had a great time. It was fun. I never thought it would be so easy buying a vehicle. I felt like I knew everything about the vehicle when I left. He showed me unique features of the vehicle. He explained some important mechanical functions of the vehicle like CVT. I recommend Wilmington Nissan, but if I'm gonna buy a car I would definitely go see Fred!

I gave the rating I did because on 12 November my fiance and I drove almost two hours just to buy a Nissan Juke at Wilmington Nissan. I called prior and talked to Jordan Branyon about what we were looking for and next thing I knew he sent me pictures and info via text to my phone within a half hour after talking with him. He was very friendly and professional. Everyone there from the salesman to the finance person were wonderful and we 100% would recommend Wilmington Nissan to anyone who is looking for great service in buying a car. We went to three other (local to us) dealerships and walked away due to the so so customer service and unwillingness to want to help out.We are very happy with our new Nissan Juke! The experience was great. We had never bought a car before and expected the stereotypical pushy sales salesman trying to get you into a more expensive car than you want. This was not the case at all Buddy was super nice and never tried to get us into anything besides exactly what we were looking for. He was straight forward and never tried to bump the price up on anything. We were extremely happy with Buddy and Wilmington Nissan and will continue to recommend them both to all our friends.

The service and sales man was great. The price was good but there are other crossovers that are lower in prices at other dealerships that hold the same value as the one I got. That is why I could not rate the price as great, but overall I was very happy with my purchase.

We felt as if Mr Cobbs was more of a friend an a family member not just as a salesman, because of that alone it made things alot easier. Both Eddie and Steve were very helpful in my selection of a new car. I made multiple visits to the dealership and they were always very accommodating and treated me as if I were part of their own family. I am very happy with my car, and feel that Eddie and Steve made that possible. This purchase was made far from home, but I did not once feel like I was being conned or taken advantage of, and was able to get the best deal on a used vehicle. I never had to wait, was always taken care of, and always treated in a respectful manner. Any questions that I had after I purchased my car were answered promptly and efficiently, and I felt very comfortable going to either of them for help. They also did a check up on my satisfaction after I had driven the car for a couple of weeks. They both did a great job!!

I had to drive away from the city I live in because it's a military city and all of the dealerships are set on prices. I drove about an hour and a half to see WIlmington Nissan.

In particular, Steve Merkel, was an excellent salesperson who went the extra mile to assist in my choice of vehicle and to become familiar with the vehicle that I eventually I bought. I couldn't have been happier with my new vehicle or the sales expierence i had at Wilmington Nissan. There was a small problem with an extra option that had been promised at the time of purchase that was not able to be installed in my particular vehicle. After I contacted Steve (my salesman) about my issues, he did everything he could to work with me until I was completely staisfied that Wilmington Nissan had held up there end of the deal. I felt there were many cheaper and less satisfactory methods they could have employed to satisfy the agreement we had reached at the time of purchase. Furthermore, it was pleasently surprising to find a salesman still working with me to make sure I was happy with my new vehicle even after the sale, rather than being passed off to a stranger.

This could not have been a more enjoyable car buying experience! We live a little over an hour from the dealership, and when we called we were not going to be able to make it down there that day. Steve worked with us and got the deal we wanted and then delivered our vehicle to Jacksonville and picked up our trade-in. We signed the papers at the kitchen table and took possession of our vehicle. From start to finish it was the absolute best vehicle buying experience I have ever had!

I find Buddy and Jason, manager in sales, to be two of the most pleasant people I have met in car sales. The dealership works with you on price and options. They never make you feel stupid or like you are asking for the moon. They follow up to ensure all is well. They remember you. The service department is exceptional and always pleasant and very responsive to my needs. Prices are always quite aceptable and they even work with you on making sure your pricing needs are met.

Definatly easy and not only was Jordan a great guy to deal with but also everyone around there was so friendly and made you feel welcome and not overwhelmed! I am a pickup truck kind of guy. Always have been. For the past 4 years I have driven a 2007 Ford Ranger. A few months ago I heard an ad for Wilmington Nissan on the local radio station. At the time I was not in the market for a new vehicle, however I was drawn to the no pressure message that was delivered in the ad. A few days later I found myself on the lot browsing the entry Nissan pickup, the 2010 Nissan Frontier. I was blown away with the fact that after being on the lot for about 10 minutes checking out Frontiers, that I had not been approached by a salesman. Not one! What a refreshing sensation! That no pressure feeling at a car dealership is extremely hard to find. I did however have some questions about the Frontier so I sought out a salesman by the name of Jordan. To say the least, Jordan was truly one of a kind. Never have I dealt with a car salesmen quite like Jordan. Very down to earth. Very personable. Very compassionate. The no pressure sensation I had while browsing the lot, was the same feeling I had while talking with Jordan. He did a great job of answering my questions about the Frontier as well as giving me some trade-in information on my Ranger.Shockingly, Jordan let me leave the dealership with my answers in hand. He didn't pressure me to crunch numbers, or work out some kind of deal. He just politely stated that he would be in the store tomorrow if I found myself wanting to give it a test drive. And that was it. I was sold. The next day I came back, test drove the Frontier, and fell in love. Jordan easily worked out the numbers for me and presented me with an offer I couldn't turn down. While finalizing our numbers, I was introduced to Jason, the GM of Wilmington Nissan. He took the time to come over and personally congratulate me on my new vehicle. He also said that if I ever needed anything, and Jordan wasnt available, to personally give him a call. He left me with a hand shake and his business card. With my new keys in hand, I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks. It has been 3 months with my new Frontier and I couldn't be happier. Since my purchase I have gone on to recommend Jordan and Wilmington Nissan to my friends and family for their future automobile purchases.

One of the reasons why my mom got a vehicle from this particular dealership is because of William. He definitely should be recognized for this and deserves a raise. On Saturday, 11/03, my wife Mary was blatantly conned out of $3,000. in her new car purchase transaction. She was offered a $1,500 rebate on the purchase. She (we) also were offered a "maintenance" plan, which we clearly stated we did not want.When we got home, over the weekend, we realized that we had paid far too much. Mary had to go back to the dealership the following week to request a printed copy of our financial arrangement, which Cedric Newton (the only honest person we've met in several visits at this dealership) supplied: A rather hastily printed off list of costs in one column, and the financing details in a 2nd column. (period)On the "statement": List price (!), no rebate, $1,500 for some "maintenance" plan." -- $3,000 AT LEAST that we were robbed of.Their response: "Tough, she signed the papers." !!!
