I’ve had the best experience buying a vehicle for my younger brother here! The salesmen never made me feel pressured, they were very knowledgeable and steered me in the direction I needed to be in. Rob the sales guy helped me out tremendously, and Amir helped us seal the deal. If I can give this dealership a 10/10 I would!

I found the exact vehicle I have been wanting for over a year. Contacted Rob and Amir and was taken absolute care out of from step one to delivery over half way across the country. The vehicle was absolutely BETTER than advertised. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I called employee Vinny one morning and explained my situation and what I was looking for, as well as my budget. I went in the following afternoon and Rob had already calculated the numbers to exactly match my budget, I was out of there in just a few hours with my new car. I couldn't have asked for an easier transition or a more honest dealer. Very pleasant expirience here and would recommend to anyone!!!

I recently purchased a car from Capitol Motors the experience was very easy and great customer service ,the salesman was very hand ons and made sure I understood everything that i needed to know being it was my first purchasing a vehicle not like the other dealers that tru to hold you hostage for a day

Vinny, Rob & Hayden were excellent: friendly, professional, competent and honest. Before I came here, I went to at least 4 different dealerships who promised me they had lots of minivans, but none could be found once I got to their lots--what a waste of time. If they did have a van I could live with, by the time I was making a deal the price went up almost $1500 Not so at Capitol Motors. The price stayed true, they gave me fair value for my trade-in, and they addressed the items I needed to feel comfortable with to make the purchase. They even put some gas in the tank. From now on, they will be the only place I go for a used vehicle. And if they don't have it, I'll ask them to find it for me. They are the used car masters as far as I'm concerned. So glad to have found them--buying from them was easy and fair. Two thumbs up!!

Husband and I got into a car wreck not too long ago, so we needed another car, everywhere we went it seemed like all they wanted to do was shove crappy cars in our face! Then we came here! These guys were very helpful and got us what we wanted. They worked out a great deal for us and we will be referring them to friends when we can. We are happy!

Do not buy from this dealership! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They were rude, never treated me like valued customer, and acted like they did me a huge favor by selling me a car. When all the paperwork was signed they handed me the keys and said bye. Never once did anyone show me any features or anything with the vehicle. Upon leaving I looked in the back window and noticed that the third row seat that was listed on the add, was no even in the car and when I inquired about it they treated me like they were doing me a favor buy paying to have it shipped and that the listing was not supposed to say that it was included. I've had several issues since then in dealing with this dealership and I even called and talked to the owner and he assured me he would take care of me and help make me satisfied and it's been a week and I've heard nothing. They are a bunch of men who know nothing about customer service. Do not buy from them!!!!

I got a car from Capitol about 3 years ago. Not only is the car still running great but i still have alot of value in my car because they gave me such a great price. They helped me find new tires when i needed to change the tires. They believe in customer service after the sale!!! I'am buying a car from them this year again.

I saw, went, and purchase. I've owned and purchase quite a few vehicles in my time. I have never experienced a vehicle purchase process as this. Other advertise no hassle, haggle and no worries; instead they result in games and tricks to get you to purchase. Well my experience with Capitol Motors was not like that. My experience with Capital Motors has been very positive ALL the way around. The employees are very eager to help. The management is reliable if you happen to have an any type of issue they will make sure your leave as a satisfied customer no matter what !! The atmosphere at the dealership is very friendly and relaxed. Car sales personal know information about the cars and will try to find you the best option your looking for.

My wife and i first came to Orland from Ocala to possibly buy a car from another dealer, whom assured me the vehicle was there and not modified over the phone. I arrive a hour and a half drive later with my wife and 3 year old daughter to find,the car had not only been mod'd beyond recognition of its stock state, it had a blown turbo. Not just a boost leak, just flat out obviously done for. While the salesman lied saying it was fine, the test drive proved otherwise. After this show with a horrible dealship, i came across Capitol Motors, what a relief! I spotted a car i have wanted for a long time, and was happy to find someone who wanted to make sure i could not only have it, but that it was priced great! Armando was professional and friendly right from the start, even while my anxious 3 year old was full of pep from the car ride.I was impressed with how much they worked to get me the right price, not only for my 2004 GTO i was to buy, but also for my SUV for my trade in!I should thank VIP auto for being a complete let down, as they sent me to Capitol Motors. I just Purchased an SUV from them and the next week the transmission is gone and they don't even feel sorry for you or they will tell you it is your problem you purchase is it AS IS.

Alex sold me a beautiful silver Lexus GS 300 that looked brand new at an amazing price. Alex is the Finance Manager, he worked really hard to find the right car for me. If they don't have it in the parking lot, Alex will look everywhere and dig it out for you. Make sure when you go in that you ask about him because he knows everything about cars and he is nice to customers. You will feel very comfortable when you walk in as I felt welcomed all of them work like a big family coming all together to help you and they are honest. I did not have a problem with my car since I got it and honestly right now I go there for my oil change and routine maintenance because I trust nobody else but them. I will recommend Capitol Motors to everyone I know.

Everything went perfectly smooth; the employees were helpful and charismatic. I purchased a Nissan 350z about two months ago, the vehicle was great the only thing I had to change was the battery in which they helped me get at their cost, Ive referred over five people to Capitol Motors over in 10920 Atlantic Blvd. So far they all are come back to me and told me it was one of the best experiences theyve had while making a purchase of a vehicle. If in town I recommend this place for your next vehicle purchase. Vinny also told me that if they didnt have the vehicle that I needed that they would go and find the specific vehicle which I need. Overall a great experience and a great family environment.
