I am always a happy and satisfied customer when I go for service at Cappellino! Throughout the years and trying other dealerships periodically, no one else matches up to the service team at Cappellino. No matter how busy (which goes to show what great service they provide because they always are!) I am always greeted by a friendly team member! Their service is quick and satisfactory as I never feel like my waiting time is dragged on. Also a quick shoutout to Jay this past Saturday! Being a weekend day and therefore a smaller staff, he was quick and attentive with a great attitude! Great job as always team Cappellino!

Great place to buy your car. Mike Mathews was such a pleasure to do business with. He was professional, honest and was very thorough with all the details and showing us the cars features.

I would give zero stars if I could!! Truck was towed in with a crank..no start problem. was 5 days before it was looked at, and 3 more to fix (3 hrs labor). Communication with the service writer was terrible, no answers to messages , or answers at end of day with a snarky"have a nice night" at the end. I made the wrong choice of dealers, don't do the same....stay away
