Please be aware of Maria Vasquez as she has no customer service, no experience, poor professionalism, and lies. I went there to trade in a vehicle and I thought everything went well. Needless to say I was wrong. First, documents about my warranty were never given to me and information was not disclosed and I had to go back to pick up the documents that were supposed to have been given to me that day. They never paid my car off. I finally found out that they didn't when my old finance company contacted me about a payment and I was still charged interest. Maria was slow to take care of it and never took responsibility. I was owed money and it took forever to get. I would call Maria about and she wouldn't follow-up like she needed to. When I finally received the money from the refund that was owed to me, it was not the correct amount and the issue is still currently ongoing over 30+ days later. Bottom line: DON"T WASTER YOUR TIME WITH MARIA! Go to someone more experienced and professional!!!!!

we went for my daughter to buy her first car,, had an apt with a lady think she was the manager. she applied online and i spoke with lady over phone, and asked several question being that we were driving an hr to get there didnt want it to be a waisted trip,, told her i her about the 500 down, and no credit or bad credit... she said yes 90percent of our customers get in a vehicle for that or less we have several options we can get her into a good car...... well get there and went in and she said give her a second we go look around for 15min go back in she is on phone and gets someone to help us that couldnt tell us the price of any vehicle.. just wanted to know what we were paying down.... we got the run around for over 2hrs in a hot office and rude people.... they had nice looking cars way over priced but decided they could only get her into 1 for that much down the worst one on the lot..... the one she liked and 02 would be 1500 what a joke... hmmm u work there and are told to help us but took an hr just to get the price of one vehicle... what a terrible first experience... and i went over all of this over phone so she wouldnt have to go threw this... all lies... worst experience ever

I absolutely thought Jenny did a fantastic job, she was very friendly and quite amiable, I would absolutely recommend her and CarChoice to all of my friends.She was efficient and made me feel comfortable by answering every question I had, and went into great detail about each item that concerned me, regarding costs, taxes, rates, etc. Nothing was left unanswered.My overall experience was wonderful, I never felt pressured, or coerced in any manner or form. I was allowed to ponder and think about the purchase of the vehicle, before making my decision to buy. The car was clean, and was in very good condition. Jenny showed me features inside the car and made sure I knew how to operate and shift the gear stick. I also liked the fact there was a Car Fax in the vehicle and was even allowed to test drive it and take it out to my mechanic.I felt the price of the vehicle was reasonable and appreciated all of the hard work that went into helping me purchase my beautiful car.

I recently purchased a 2009 Chevy HHR from Carchoice and fell in love with the car and the service. The day before the purchase we spent 4 HOURS at Bayird Motors and was told how I was going to spend my money. Not at Carchoice, We walked in and Jenny treated us like people instead of a sale. I couldn't be happier about carchoice, I got an excellent vehicle at a great price.

I found the Ford Explorer Sport Trac with the options that I wanted on the Car Choice website. Everyone I dealt with, from my first phone call to signing the purchase contract was very knowledgable and friendly. My husband and I drove from N Miss and were very pleased with the level of service we received from the staff at Car Choice. Bradley was expecting us and had the vehicle ready and waiting. They were willing to meet our price and we were able to pick a finance plan that fit our budget. I bought a 2009 pontiac G6 from carchoice. My salesman was BJ and he did a great job helping me get the vechicle i wanted. I am very satisfied with my car but not with being lied to about if my sales tax was more then they listed on paperwork that i didnt have to worry about it because they would pay the difference. Due to my experience i wish i would of went somewhere else. When i addressedbthem about the situation i was called a liar and i dont think that was very professional.

I am very satisified with purchasing my Dodge Charger through Car Choice. The manager worked with me, personally, and was very friendly and helpful. The whole process took less than 1 hour! The vehicle is not only beautiful, it does not have any mechanical problems. I shopped for a vehicle for almost to months, at most of the new car dealerships in Jonesboro, but Car Choice was the most helpful, fast, friendly, the vehicles are not over-priced, and gave me better financing terms than even the new car dealerships offered! I would suggest this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase an automobile. Great job, Car Choice!

Everything went very smooth and fast. My other experiences at dealerships took all day long. At Car Choice, after only a few hours, I had the paperwork signed and my truck was detailed and ready to go. Dealing with Jenny was great and I will recommend Car Choice to everyone. If I ever need another vehicle, I will go back and see Jenny.

We went to J.J. And Jenny because we were in need of a larger vehicle and we had dealt with them in the past. They have always been very helpful and respectful of our needs and wants. J.J. went above and beyond the scope of his job when getting our truck financed. We would never go anywhere else to find the right vehicle at the right price, unless of course J.J. leaves and we will follow him wherever he goes! He was great!

BJ Humphries made my car buying experience a breeze!!!! I can't thank him enough for all of his help. He got me into a car via phone and facsimile because I live out of town, and all I had to do was show up, test drive, pay my down payment, sign a few papers, and drive off!!! Was looking for another ride because I had just gotten married and one day expect to have kids. Therefore, my mustang gt wouldn't cut it anymore if we ever decided to have little ones. I knew my good buddy Big Will worked at car choice so I gave him a call, and he put me in a 2011 Kia sore to with only 20,000 miles so it still had the like new smell without the brand new price. Overall I would have to say by far the absolute best car buying experience ever. I would recommend this dealership and my buddy Big Will to anyone.

Car Choice is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with. They are honest and up front with everything. I got an incredible deal and at a rate much lower than I thought I'd qualify for. Six months and 12,000 miles later it still drives like new. I will never go anywhere else.

Will was amazing. He didn't try to push a car on us, instead he let us tell him what we wanted. They worked really hard for us and got us in an awesome car that we love. JJ was also amazing. I have had such a bad experience car shopping lately that I was about to give up. Then, my mother-in-law saw an ad for Car Choice on the TV and told me I should check them out. So, I did and liked what I saw on their website. The next day I made a phone call to Jenny and in about an hour she was telling me to come and pick up my new vehicle! The process was fast and easy. The whole staff at Car Choice acted as though they had known me forever making this whole experice a very positive one. I was in a hurry to get out of there yet I was enjoying visiting with them. I'm already recommending them to everyone I see! I can say without a doubt that the next vehicle I buy WILL be from them! Thank you Car Choice!!!!!!!

We LOVED the overall experience at Car Choice...We arrived, test drove, signed the papers, and drove away with a smile...LOVED the whole staff...my husband and I laughed with them like we had known them forever!!! Our salesman was Will and he was wonderful!!! We had read AWFUL reviews about the other dealerships in Jonesboro, and had heard great things about Car Choice...so glad we made them "our choice"...we got a great price and the car we wanted!!! We will be contacting them for our future purchases!!! Skip the big dealerships and go to CAR CHOICE!!!! They have a wide variety in stock (if they don't have it, they will find it)!!!!!

I had a unfortunate situation that happened to me. So I called Car Choice and spoke with Will Deboard. I told him the situation, he helped find a vehicle that I absolutely fell in LOVE with, and helped get reasonable payments. He was very informative and friendly through the entire process. Out of all the sales people Ive dealt with when buying a vehicle, he is by far MY FAVORITE!!! Although I must say, all the employees of Car Choice was very nice, and friendly, not one person there was without a smile!
