I recently bought a vehicle from carcloud, and it was a pleasant, no hassle buying experience. The vehicles on the lot are excellent quality. And the sales person timothy was pleasant knowledgeable about his inventory and very professional. I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a pleasant car buying experience.

Today I drove 40 minutes from where I live all the way to Car Cloud. I had been without a car for 3 weeks to the day. I have searched through several dealerships and not found a price or a car that worked for me. But I found a 2011 Burgundy Ford Fusion Se here. It was Beautiful and a dream come true. Clean inside and out and if the engine got any prettier I would of kissed it. I say this due to the fact that all the other dealers I went to had filthy cars. I arrived a little after 10am and was there tell a little after 12pm and every second was worth it. I was allowed to test the car on my own and I was not bothered after the test drive. I picked at every inch of the car and was happy. I had already set up work with my bank to finance and they worked with me as i worked with the bank over the phone. I signed everything and came back later to pick up car on my lunch break. Car was clean and ready to go. The Sales man that I worked with was Timothy (I suck with names so if i'm wrong with that I am so Sorry) and the man was a marvel. He was honest and did not lie once to me. He even pointed out that I missed one of the wrecks that the car had been in early in its life where I missed and only thought it was one. Over all I give Car Cloud a 5 out of 5. Only hard part is the parking but I cant fault anyone on location. If i get another used car I will definitely look here first. Everyone there is great and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience.

My name is Sean I live In Stafford, Va. I had been looking at trucks for several months. I needed 4x4 and four doors. I'm a Father of three. I found plenty of trucks just not in my price range or a ton of miles. I started looking at cars.com and came across a 2004 dodge ram 1500 4x4 quad cab. Exactly what I wanted. I stopped by on a Saturday test drove the truck. It was leaking oil and the check engine light was on. I let the management staff know and went on my way. They called me that night and said the truck was in the shop. I filled out the online application (it was super easy) they called me on Monday and said the truck was fixed I came and checked it out and drove my new truck home that night. Very easy to work with. If I'm ever in the market for another used car that will be my first stop.

The car was very clean and runs great. They let me take it to my mechanic to give it a once over. All was good. They had two cars that I would have bought. Went in at noon, done by five. Abdul was very professional.
