After you've made your purchase, good luck getting anyone to return your calls or pay any attention to you. It took months to get my registration & tags after being charged extra for electronic processing. After being consistently being told they were mailed, I finally had to walk into the dealership and demand them as the tags & Reg was at the dealership. I followed up for over a month to get warranty and nobody from the dealership ever returned my call or messages.

COMING TO CAR LUX DID NOT NO WHAT TO EXPECT.. MET PETE THE FINANCE MANAGER AND IT WAS ON.. HE HELPED SO MUCH WITH THE DIFFICULT PROCESS OF BUYING ANY CAR. WENT OUT OF HIS WAY SO THAT I CAN HAVE THE CAR THAT I WANTED NO ONE HE WANTED TO SELL TO ME. VERY SATISFIED AND WILL COME BACK AND TELL PEOPLE ABOUT CAR LUX.. jesse

I have been buying cars for many years so I'm aware of all the tricks and the slime balls that hang around those places but this dealership is above and beyond any other dealership I've ever experienced. I did my homework at home online and make contact with the sales rep Hadi and from that point on he took care of me like as if I was a king. everywhere I went as I walk around the shop the staff greeted me with smiles and handshakes I can't tell you how many different people asked me if I was okay if I needed anything. I'm a picky man and I went through the car pointing out a couple things that I would like to be done during the detailing of the vehicle and their response was no problem at all we'll take care of it boss. I got a great vehicle at a great cost and had a great experience I suggest this dealership to anyone who's looking for a luxury car at a good price without getting treated like a lower class citizen. since my divorce my credit score isn't the best so it seems when I go places they don't really want to deal with me all these guys understood my situation and helped me every way they could to get what I wanted

I purchased a car from Car Lux and it has been a favorable experience from start to finish. I purchased a 2009 BMW 328i, very clean inside and out. What impressed me most about Car Lux is that they treated me like I was a part of there family. They were truly interested in serving me with the utmost respect and the best customer service above and beyond what I even dreamed of or asked for. When I went to their lot I had just recently had surgery and was temporarily off on disability to recover from the surgery. The bank tried to hassle me about the financing and intially turned me down because although i was still employed I had been off for three weeks. Car Lux was outraged and fought for me, and keep putting the application through and reaching out to their contacts at the bank until they got a yes (it took them a week to do this but they didn't give up on me) and I thought, wow how amazing. I casually mentioned that there was a tiny nick in the windshield, they refused to let me take the car until they replaced the entire windshield with brand new glass. The same thing happened when i pointed out a small nick on the paint, they immediately had the car painted for me. I didn't even ask them to do these things and would have still purchased the car, but like i said they wanted to treat me like family and make sure that when i left there car lot i was fully satisfied. As a women, I wasn't sure which warranty plan to get, again, they treated me like a little sister and made sure I got the best one for a great price and financed it into my car payments. When they received my plates they were so excited to call me over to put them on for me. I have been recommending them to everyone i no. This is a great place!!!!!! ~Aundria

My wife and i were expecting our third child and needed a bigger car. so we had been in the marked for an suv. i had been dealing with this one dealership who swore up and down they could get me approved. (credit not that great). Well once i took them all the money, they couldn't do what they said. So then on the way from there, i saw CAR LUX on cars.com and saw the exact model car i was trying to purchase from the other dealer. well i called them up, and the sales guy was great. he took all my info after i explained the situation to him and said he'd work on getting me financed and that he'd call me the following day. well the following day came and he did call with good news. he had 2 approvals for me, however i would have to chose the best deal for me. so to make a long story short, i went the next day, checked out the car, test drove, and did the deal. just like that. it was easy and quick and i am extremely happy. so is my family. and not to mention baby was born 3 days later. so to sum it up, not only was it the perfect place but the timing, and customer service were perfect as well. i would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car. had i not been in need of an suv. there were plenty of sports cars to chose from as well. they also have a nice dog on the grounds that loves to play fetch and is extremely friendly. CAR LUX IS BY FAR the best place I've ever purchased a car. i will definitely be back.

My husband lead me to this dealership, after seeing this very clean and fresh looking Jaguar, after one week prior to him seeing it. We had a older Jag. once before, but was not looking any time soon to buy another one. We could not believe that this 2003 Jaguar S-type had only 46,000 miles. In very good condition inside and out, detailed even under the hood and very clean engine, plus fully loaded. We test drove the car, it is a smooth driving car. Car Lux have so many nice cars, economy cars to luxury cars. Before the day was out I found myself driving off the lot in this beautiful car. The sales department to the finance department were great, they work so hard in getting me the deal I wanted , I was also please with the service department which did a beautiful job on detailing the car and helping me to understand the mechanics of the car. This is one dealership to consider when purchasing a car. I did not think I would say this but I'm a happy camper. Thank You, Gail

I always passed Car Lux because it seemed like a dealership that sells high quality expensive cars and I didn't need that, but one day I decided to inquire about a car on cars.com and Hadi responded within 24 hrs. I told him my situation and guaranteed me a nice are with good numbers and he got it done! I am very grateful and will recommend Car Lux to anyone!

After months of looking for cars from LA County to Orange County, I drove past Car Lux and saw a car that I really wanted and that would fit my lifestyle. I had been to this place before and found several cars that I liked, however I wanted to see what was available through the areas. I spotted the car 2 weeks before I actually purchased it since it had already been sold. I asked them to call me if the other buyer fell thru and they called me when it happened. I went in and test drove the car and I immediately wanted the car. The car was in good condition with a few things that needed to be repaired but nothing major. I went into the office and what financing they offered was good but I did better with my own financing. The customer service was good and they communicated with me on everything. I purchased a 450 SL Mercedes. I feel that they priced their cars well. Once I took the car from the lot I had a broken piece on my seat and as soon as I let them know, they asked me to bring in the car and gave me a loaner (BMW) to drive so they could fix problem without me being without transportation. They gave me a loaner comparable to the car I purchased. All and all I am happy with my purchase and the service I received. J. Ford

To anyone who is reading this know that this place is freaking FANTASTIC!!!!!!! I actually got the car that was more than I wanted! All I wanted was my family together comfortably in a car. I didn't expect to get anything from them but they had my family come in, in a cramped 96 Rav 4 and had me drive out in a 02 Lincoln Navigator! Fully loaded! Oil change was less than a month old, transmission fluid looks new with great color!, tires are full of tread, rims nice and clean chrome, and great mileage for the price! If I had known about them when I first got to California when I had great credit, I would have went to them first. Even now with bad credit though they still made it their mission to get my family and I in a reliable and safe vehicle. I am still figuring out all the buttons! I love this place and recommend it to any one who wants a very nice car whether you be wealthy, rich, middle class or poor. The payments are very affordable. As we say in the NAV, OUTSTANING!!!!!!!
