Johnny Fregoso and Ingrid. I saw the Kia I wanted when I arrived at the dealership. I asked for Johnny because he had called me. He made the car buying experience easy, fun and professional. He was so accommodating and put up with my friend and me with good humor and patience. Ingrid was so nice, so sweet. She explained complicated financial matters easily and patiently. She got a good deal for me on the Premium Warranty. I am grateful for all the nice people I met there. And I love my new car. Johnny said if I had any questions about the navigation system, he would go through it with me. When I bought my Mazda in Kansas City, no one offered to help.

Car Pros Kia in Huntington Beach RIP OFF and STEAL from their customers. I sold my car and cancelled my service contract on 11/15/15. Service contract co issued my cancellation on 11/30/15. I have yet to receive a response let alone my monies ($1800) from Kia. They are thieves and won't return calls or refunds.

They are seriously overpriced! I went in there looking for a white KIA Optima EX with the black panoramic sunroof, they didn't have. So they told me they could get one for me, so I continued listening about there deal with me. I was very unsatisfied when they told me the amount of the monthly payment I would be doing. So I decided it was time to leave, but of course they wouldn't let us walk out. They tried to give me a silver car, when I said I wanted the white one. I wanted to buy & they wanted me to lease! They are very unprofessional, we walked out of there & of course they followed us all the way to the car. They were still trying to get us to start the paper work, but we didn't. About 5 salesmen walked outside to try & stop us! I will NEVER be going back to this dealership, or recommending it to anyone! If you are looking for a KIA, definitely go to the KIA Depot in Santa Ana! They beat anyone's prices & they are very helpful & people friendly! I finally got the car I wanted, with an amazing payment!

MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A TAHOE. THIS DEALER ADVERTIZED A TAHOE, WE SPOKE TO THE MANAGER. HIS NAME IS MAGIC AN MADE AN APPOINTMENT. WHEN WE ARRIVED HE DID NOT EVEN GREET MY HUSBAND, HE HAD SOMEONE ELSE TAKE CARE OF HIM. THEY MADE US WALK THROUGH THE ENTIRE LOT AND THEN THE SALESPERSON FESSED UP THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE CAR ON THE LOT. WHEN MY HUSBAND WALKED BACK AND SAW MAGIC HE DID NOT EVEN MAKE AN EFFORT TO CORRECT THE SITUATION. HE JUST KEPT SMOKING. HORRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently purchase a new 2015 KIA OPTIMA SX TURBO from Denise whom I worked with through the internet we spoke several times on the phone, she made me feel very comfortable for this I made my decision to go see her. The worst dealership I have ever been to. Overpriced, in my opinion they lie mercilessly, terrible customer service. Go to Kia Santa Ana or any other Kia dealer that does not say Car Pros. In my opinion, they are a disgrace.

This is the worst dealership I have ever had the displeasure to purchase a vehicle from in over 30 years of buying cars, a very slimy and unethical dealership and I would advise anybody wanting a Kia to go to any dealer but this one.Cheated me on the trade inTried to leave my cash back from my trade in off the contractAfter over 30 days of broken promises and excuses I finally had to go down in person to the dealership to pick up my trade in checkMy bad , after all the slimy crap they did I did not read the lease closely enough, although I found the trade in money they conveniently left out I missed that they had turned a 36 month lease into a 48 month.I would be happy to tell all the gory details to any party interested, but my advice is go to any other dealer

This place ripped me off horribly!! I am a female and didn't know a ton about buying/leasing guess you could say that's my fault but how sad it that a women can't even buy a car without being totally ripped off! I leased a sorento thinking it would be a good idea wrong on so many levels I dive for work and they keep reassuring me it was gonna work out ok. A year later I have only 20,000 miles left for 2 years!! I went to see what can I do well here's where it gets really, really bad!! I owe 25,000 on the lease but guess what the car is only worth 16,000 that's $9,000 in the hole went to 3 different dealerships and all could not believe how dirty they did me and basically I'm screwed and have to buy a beater car since I can't add miles like I did the first year. Please any one reading this DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER they are a bunch of scam artist!

This place is wonderful. For starters, we live in Covina and there is a KIA dealership less then 5 minutes away....Covina Valley KIA was literally the worst sales experience we have endured in a long while. We decided to go down to Huntington Beach and see how everything was down there, and this was the best choice we could have ever made. Everyone who works here is so friendly nice, especially Pepe ;)We are always treated with love and respect every time we go to visit and we always will recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone.

Me and my wife came to the dealership to drive a kia optima SX. After we walked around we finally found a sales person and believe it or not he did not know anything about the vehicle we were looking at. Its pretty sad when you look foward to seeing a vehicle and you are let down by the horrible service.To make things worst he tried to pass me off to another salesperson because he saw other customer that spoke spanish and he would rather help them. So while the sales people argue about who is going to take us on a test drive we decided to just get in our vehicle and leave. Do not waster your time here..horrible service.
