This dealership is amazing! Carlos took care of me as soon as I came in the door. He greeted me well, had the knowledge as to where the vehicle I wanted was and all that I asked about it! He was able to sell me the vehicle for a very fair and comfortable price and threw in a perk or two! I will definitely be coming back to this dealership for another vehicle. I forgot to mention how nice the other associates are and how clean they keep the facility!

Just bought a 2017 Ford Explorer Sport from Car Revolution. Chas was our salesman and he was fantastic in all aspects of the buying process. Absolutely no pressure and he explained everything to us and even gave us insight to the behind the scenes car buying process. Honestly I was skeptical at first especially this being my first time purchasing a car out of state. However Charles worked with me from the beginning of the process to the end. Constant and consistent communication daily, answered all my questions even on days off. He face time me and did a thorough walk through of the car inside and out. His no pressure customer service was above and beyond. Eve as well helped with documentation, answer all of my questions, nothing was confusing and added all my request. I have to say, going in was nerve wrecking, I didn’t want to trade in my current vehicle and I know that was going to hold up the approval chances with banks. However, since day one Jose has been nothing but helpful throughout the whole process. Very transparent and kept the line of communication throughout the whole process. Found a car I absolutely loved, and like a great salesman Jose is, he made sure he made it happen for me. Got an amazing rate, car was in excellent shape and I didn’t have to trade my car in! Overall, they have plenty of cars to choose from, there is something you will love on this lot, GUARANTEED. If you plan on stopping by, definitely ask for Jose. He will get the job done.

1) The price on the website is way below how much they want to buy. It stated $25,000. When coming to them, they offer $29,000 even though the website says otherwise. When asked why, they say they're "not allowed" to reveal the full detail, which reaks BS. 2) When asking people in there questions, there's discrepancies when presenting information. Them lying is a big, red flag. 3) The car I've bought has issues with using the key to open the door. When going to Honda dealership to check what's going on, we found out that the car apparently had an accident. This was never written in the automobile's history. Covering up vital information, another red flag. 4) Waiting for license plate and registration information. Called them more than 10x, told them the salesperson: Jeremy, and said "he'll call you back." Only once that happened. He almost never calls back. And when he did, says "Oh, it's been way back-ordered. I don't know how long it'll be..." Overall, they lie, cover-up information, and provide awful service. Stay away from them!
