This place doesnt stand behind their vehicles! I bought a $30,000 dollar truck and got 9k miles in it. Motor spun rod bearings! Took to a shop in southern la, I was working that area and had to park it till I could find a mechanic. I was staying in Monroe so difficult to find someone.so repairs are 4 k, so I called car town to see if they would help out. They said sure let me see what we can do and wanted a timeline. It doesn’t matter if it happens a week or 3 months. I only got 9k miles for 30k I paid the 4 k to mechanic out of my own pocket. They never offered any help on that truck. Not a dime!

Earlier I gave these folks a 5 rating. However, I found out that they lied to me and I don't like being lied to. The car I bought was good and that wasn't the problem. The salesman flat out lied to me about the KBB value of the car. I admit I was stupid and believed him without doing research. I trusted them and that was my fault. Remember, don't take their word for anything and assume if they are talking that they are lying!

Wish I could give this place a negative on stars. My mom bought a car from this place and took advantage of her sold her a car worth $9000 dollars for $15,000. Car was taken back for a battery issue and instead of testing it the jack leg mechanic shop they use just put a battery it and didn't even tighten the cables down. Come to find out the alternator was back. Called them to see how they could do this to a widow and they just laughed. So if I was yall never use a company that stands behind anything
