I purchased my first BMW at Cardenas. I was in awwww with the customer service. We had already made a visit to Mercedes in San Juan and were so disappointed in their customer service. We made an appointment, waited an hour, and sales rep had no interest in helping me look. These two places do not compare. I am now recommending all my friends to go in there when looking for a vehicle. My sales woman even gave me her direct cell phone number in case I had questions about the car. I loved my whole experience there, and I love my car 😊

cardenas bmw does not have a body shop I've been going there for years. always get better service than there competitors they service all makes and models and sales staff actually is kind and courteous and greet you with a warm welcome instead of 20 guys flocking to you like segals

I went to pick up my car today from Cardenas BMW in Harlingen, TX. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience. Parts, and labor were shotty: They used Bondo to secure my front bumper which was cracked and warped with screws missing, the underside had screws and brackets missing The body was scratched, dinged and one section has red paint and a dent. The detail work was messy and sloppy with gobs of wax left all over the body. It needs new parts and more body work. After 2 months of waiting, it looks like I'll have to wait indefinitely. They are unprofessional,slow, and overpriced to say the least.
