So I called the dealership, and we haggled(good), and agreed on a price this black friday. We were looking to buy a 2015 Mazda 3 hatchback, fully loaded. I dealt with Franklin, one of the sales team, who appeared to be a solid citizen. We drove over 70 miles. As we entered the sales area, the car was in the shop having the battery charged. Not a bad sign, but not a good one. My wife and I walked around the car and noticed a small area on the driver side door handle which was missing paint. Franklin said that they would repaint it, and not to worry. Then my wife test drove the car, loved it, and we sat down for the final paperwork. Franklin said he needed to talk with the sales manager regarding the paint. When he came back he then disclosed that the driver side door had been repaired already, due to an "Accident". It was then I stated, "Why on earth did you not tell me this fact prior to coming down here"? I asked to speak to the sales manager who of course told me, "Well that's why your getting such a good deal". I asked to see pictures of the damage, he refused and told me it was minor. When I asked to see the insurance claim, he only stated it was for $1200.00. I again reiterated that I should have been told about this issue prior to driving down, and thought their tactic of having me drive over 70 miles to try and sell me a damaged car was wrong. I left, without a car, and would never go to that dealership again. If you go, WATCH OUT!!!

Worked with Allan Henry. He wasn't pushy, was straightforward, nice, and easy to work with. Talked to him shortly via e-mail, walked in, and within 2 hours was out of there with a new car. Would recommend anybody to working with him!

First of all I would like to say that there dealership is very nice and clean, only being open a few months is the only thing that is clean, They mislead customers with quotes and hide discounts given in the fine print, and lure you in only to tell that they can not offer you the deal they said they would. (NO DEAL) the Sales Manager Told us (SHE said that what I was quoted by Tony Hernandez ( internet Fleet Manager ) would not be on the table but she would sell the 2015 CX-5 for 28900.00 plus fee's and TONY Quote 27400.00 plus fee's, why would I pay 1500.00 more for the same exact car, when several other dealership quoted pretty much the same price and didn't go back and change there story,THE WHOLE THIS WAS TOTALLY MISLEADING AND SHADY,THIS BEING A BRAND NEW DEALERSHIP SHOULD DO EVERYTHING TO EARN THE TRUCK OF CUSTOMERS, SINCE AL OF THEM ARE BRAND NEW.I DIDN'T GET THE NAME OF THE FEMALE SALES MANAGER BUT I WOULD SAY STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN,

Very beautiful dealership. The staff are very professional, courteous and helpful. Allan went out of his way to get me a fair price and financing before i visited the dealership. He also worked hard to find the vehicle i wanted. I have purchased many new vehicles, and this was by far the easiest. They made my car buying experience positive in every aspect.
