I sent an email to check availability of a vehicle. Should be one of the easiest, most straight forward questions to answer you would think. After several emails back and forth over the course of majority of the day, I still never got a solid yes or no. I purchase a vehicle every 2 or 3 years, so I have dealt with many different dealerships. I have never had a problem with being told whether or not a vehicle was still available. After work I rode by the lot and no vehicle. I was told it's on a different lot. Was I then given the location of this other lot? Nope. My money will be spent elsewhere.
