Fantastic, easy negotiating. Took my buyers order to my bank, processed and got a check, went back and purchased. Yes they are in the business of making money, yes they are a car dealership, but YES they do care about their customers. Set your Expectations - purchasing a used car as well as purchasing a new car is a gamble regardless of the vehicle.

Sam was to meet me at 4pm. I arrived and the girl working said he would not be back for 45 minutes. I called and asked where he was we had an appointment. Said he’d be there in 15 minutes. He was not. The girl even came out and said was he back in 15 minutes? I said no. She said was I right? I said yes. I test drove the Land Rover. While it was a nice vehicle it had been sitting. The oil had not been changed, the weather strip around the windshield was rotten as well as all the tires and they were low on pressure. His sales man let me test drive it that way instead of putting air in them first. There is a huge chunk missing in the front passenger tire. Nothing was ready, detailed or in order. The sales man was unaware of the size engine or how many miles to the gallon it received. I had to inform him as I had the autocheck from a friend that works at another dealership look up for. I came prepared. I made a cash offer I thought was more than fair considering I would have to put more money into the vehicle to get it corrected. He declined on all fronts. I wouldn’t recommend this car dealership to anyone.

I would give zero stars if I could. These are the typical shady car salesman. My husband purchased a Range Rover from here and 2 weeks later the car won’t start. The dvd player and TVs don’t work (not important)…but Water leaks into the car from the sunroof, which caused an electrical issue and now the radio won’t work. We took it to the Range Rover dealership and turns out the water leak was the start of all the problems and could’ve been fixed for $35!!! Carisma didn’t even care enough to fix that before selling the car. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to purchase from here. We have $3k in repairs that could’ve been avoided if they had some integrity and fixed the $35 problem when they got the car from the auction

I had a unfortunate visit to Tampa to purchase a car. I then lucked upon this place. I was greeted promptly by a genuinely helpful guy. He was honest about what he had on the lot and what was available all around. Although I did not purchase a vehicle from him, only because I was shopping for my grandson who left for Basic Training in the USAF and his uncle had an accident in his car and he is looking for a specific car. If I was shopping for myself he would be my first stop.

Darn what a car! To find an EOS with less that 35k and in stellar shape? My Benz mechanic checked it out & whistled! Keep buying them w/ low mileage & selling them locally. 4 stars as price was way above book value. #EOS fans

I brought a 2002 Pontiac Trans Am from Carisma, I have been wanting a Trans Am for a longtime. My Saleman was Sam. Sam did a very "GREAT" job getting me in the car of my dream. The car is very fun to drive and OMG, the comments i get from the car is "OUTSTANDING", remember the car is 14 years old. Once Sam finally got me approved for the car, which was on a Friday, I couldn't drive back to Tampa to pick the car up, so Sam actually delivered the car to me, which i'm about one hour from Tampa, remember a 14 year old car. Dealing with Carisma Auto Group was "very pleasant", ,If i know of anyone"ANYONE" looking to purchase a car, I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO THIS COMPANY, not only recommend them, I WILL DRIVE THEM TO TAMPA MYSELF", SAM THANK AGAIN, FOR MY CAR, SAM YOU ROCK!

I brought a 2002 Trans Am from this car dealership, i couldn't be more satisfied even if I would have brought the car back in 2002. The car runs excellent and Sam my salesperson was "OUTSTANDING", Even with some credit issues Sam was able to get me approved. once Sam got the approval, I couldn't return back to Tampa to pickup the car, so Sam, (The Great Salesman) delivered the car to my driveway for me, which i lived about an hour away.The car is fun to drive and I can't believe it still turn headsif a family member or friend is looking to buy a affordable car without the 'BIG DEALER" prices.Thank You Sam,,,,,, YOU ROCK!

I purchased two trucks in 7 months here The first one overheated and blew up I can't blame anyone, and decided to make the last seven payments and purchase another truck for our business from Carisma, as I met owner and felt he was real and honest I bought a Nissan frontier on a Saturday after new years as we had to keep our business moving. My credit is exceptional and I put the money down and ownef the truck immediately. I only believed the vehicles were auality checked as it had all five star ratings on their inventory website. Surprise!!! The truck had dangerously worn brake pads, a busted washer reservoir, battery died next day, and in serious need of time up and oil change. I called many times to ask for help with brake issues. Nobody ever called me I had to get brakes and rotors replaced as truck wasn't safe as published. 1200.00 in Repairs on one week, and when I showed up to show my bills and ask for assistance, I was told all cars sold as is ,and I was responsible for all repairs and should have brought to a mechanic before making final deal. Wow!! I believed. Vehicle was quality checked before they offered it for sale, and brakes are a safety issue. I at least thought they would pay for the battery!. It just sucks to trust in their advertising and to be treated like customer loyalty is not worth a few hundred dollars to do the right thing. I couldn't waste any more time and expected a call back day after day. I chose to fix it at the mechanic shop I trust , and expected a portion to be refunded as its not good business to sell a vehicle needing brakes and battery right outta the gate. I own a local business and will never be in contact nor refer Carisma to anybody ever again. I am not a mooch, but an honest business man. This as is crap is just that. Good luck to you.

I needed to sell my car fast so I took it to one of the big national brand car dealers who buy a lot of cars. This company gave me an insulting offer for my car. On the way home I happened to pass Carisma auto on Florida Ave so I stopped in just for the heck of it. They ended up giving me 3x what the other dealer had offered and I was in and out in 10 minutes. I would highly recommend going to see Carisma Auto whether you're buying or selling a car. They were very fair and gave me an honest and good deal with no hassle.

The car buying experience is frustrating, however, Carisma was quite the opposite. The quickest process was the finance, Tony made it happen even though my credit score is low. I felt like it was an unusual experience because buying a car can be long and I was pleasantly pleased with how quick it took.

Carisma has really nice cars. I went to the dealership to just look at a vehicle and they actually did not have the one I wanted but found another on the lot. The process was good and I am well satisfied with my 2008 Infinity. I traded in my car and I thought the offer was a good deal.

I had a very good experience with Carisma. I recently had a career change and usually it would be a hassle to get finance approved. Carisma actually had 2 or 3 banks willing to approve me. That was a plus.

Before calling Carisma I had inquired other dealerships about cars and it took them a long time to get back to me. NOT CARISMA, THEY WERE QUICK! Carisma called me back even before I had a chance to ask another question. They were prompt and I work kind of far from the dealership and it was taking a long time to get there and Tony stayed and waited for me. I dealt mainly with Tony and Liz. They were great. Liz was very patient with me since I was having trouble getting the information she needed to complete the process. It was just a great overall experience. The only thing that shocked me, and this isn't a reflection on Carisma, was that I didn't know I had to pay an additional fee for the tag. But I will definitely recommend Carisma to my friends and family.

I bought a car and my experience was great. I picked out the vehicle I wanted and Carisma made it happen. They found some issues with the car but they ordered the parts quickly and with no hassle. I'm just waiting for the parts to come in.

I didn't know what car I wanted and they have a lot of really nice cars. Tony helped me find one and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Usually when you buy a car it takes a long time but here it was quick and easy.

traded a car in to buy another used car, it has been close to 2 months and they have not paid off my trade in. The bank is threatening to repossess my trade in and has hit me with late payments on my credit report. Also they shopped my loan around and was hit with nearly a dozen inquiries. If you want to preserve your sanity and credit don't shop here

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. Carisma Motors/Select Motors sells wrecked cars and they do everything they can to avoid giving you a carfax. They lie. Their customer service seemed great until I found out they lied through their teeth. They put this single mom with a fixed income into a car that had been wrecked TWICE saying, "We don't sell ANY cars that have been wrecked and it is in great condition, you have nothing to worry about". I took it back to the dealer telling them I thought it had been wrecked less than a week after purchasing and was told "no absolutely not!" and the salesman, Michael, who is no longer there took me over the whole car trying to prove to me how it had not been in an accident... Less than 6 months after driving it off the lot the windows don't even work and have had numerous repairs including worn down tires that had to be replaced. They rigged up parts of the car to keep it together and sold it to me for 8k over Kbb value, I had no idea of this as I did not know at the time it had been wrecked. SELECT MOTORS is the same company, same people and the corruption obviously goes all the way to the top. When I reached out to them in regards to the number of things wrong and my disappointment, I expected to at least receive "Sorry, there is nothing we can do" about all the repairs I could not afford and the lemon of a car they knew they sold me. However, no matter now kind and courteous I was to them, I was completely ignored. They are scandalous and will do anything to rip you off for a couple bucks. Ultimately it was my fault for not insisting to see the Carfax before I signed even though I asked 4 times for it. I found out about it being wrecked when I tried to trade it in for a new car. They wouldn't even take it. Now I will be without a car at all thanks to Carisma and Select Motors of Tampa.

They sold a car that is not drivable due to mechanical and safety issues and even after inspections show major safety issues and the car is unroadworthy Mike still says he believes this is a good car sold a good price.

Just bought a car 3 monthsago from them and the tansmission has already gone bad. Unbelievable! Transmission is going to cost about as much as the car!!!!
