Drove 3.5 hours & purchased a used 2013 Honda Fit listed on the Internet. Ravi, the Internet Sales Manager, was friendly and helpful, along with the rest of the staff. I learned years ago to walk away if I can't get the deal I want/need and was prepared to do so. Thankfully, I didn't have to walk, but drove away in the exact make/model/color I had been shopping for. I love the car and highly recommend Carl Hogan Honda based on my experience.

God, I miss this dealer. I left Mississippi a few years ago, and my two local dealers are truly awful. I never purchased a car from Carl Hogan, but had two cars serviced there for the couple of years I lived in Starkville. On one occasion, the pulled the throttle body off of my '97 CR-V and scrubbed it with a toothbrush and brake cleaner. Most dealers would try to sell you an expensive (and not overly effective) "engine flush". They went old school. They let me take loaners back to Starkville twice while having larger repairs (tires and timing belt). That shocked me since I didn't even purchase car from them (few dealers give loaners at all anymore). Their pricing was very fair. In fact, they ended up having the best prices on tires for my Accord. I'm so distrustful of my local dealers, that I even called Drew in the service department to try to figure out if my dealer was being honest with me. He was careful not to throw the other dealer under the bus (which I understand), but he told me how the situation would be handled at his dealership. He was super helpful and polite as usual. I also contacted them to get my radio code. I had a dead battery, couldn't find my code, and my local dealer wanted $50 to look it up in the computer (I had already gotten the serial number of the back of the radio). I called carl Hogan, told them who I was and explained the situation and I had the code in about 10 seconds. Don't form a bad opinion based on their terrible commercials (maybe they are better now); they offer great customer service.

Me and my husband tired to buy a used car not once but twice and it was the same car and then they told me a price over the phone and we drove from Amory to buy it but when we got there they wanted more and that's just not right we were going to pay for the car on the spot too!! Once again I'm very disappointed I really hope u can make it right with me so I can give u my business !!!

My family has purchased it's last 18 vehicles from the same dealer. Deciding to purchase a Honda, I had to look elsewhere which led me to Carl Hogan Honda. Ahhhhmaaaazed is all I can say!! Fabulous dealership!! Water, popcorn, everything was so clean and sparkly!! Everyone was so friendly and so eager to help! So many cars to look at...inventory was incredible!! Jim and Bronson worked hard to get me the very best price and they were upfront with me from the start. There was none of that back n forth malarkey which I had been dealing with for 3 days at a dealership in Tupelo. Same car, lower price, dealed and sealed in less than an hour!! Can't beat that! I've had my accord for 8 months now and I have to tell you, Drew and Spence have gone above and beyond anything I've ever experienced when getting a vehicle serviced. I've never been more satisfied and will definitely be back when I'm ready to purchase again!!

I purchased my first new car from Carl Hogan-Honda. The experience was an overall "10". Jim Parham, Ashley and the entire staff were great. I live in Batesville and could have bought a car anywhere, but I chose Carl Hogan because of the great experience I had when I went to test drive the new Accord. I have told all of my family and friends about Carl Hogan -Honda and will continue to do future business with them.

Carl Hogan Honda has great customer service and the staff there is awesome. Whenever I come to the dealership I'm greeted with a warm welcome. I usually deal with the General Manager (Jim Parham). He answers all my questions, and he always give me a Fair deal. I highly recommend the Carl Hogan Honda to any and everyone that wants a quality honda at a great price.

I recently purchased a Honda Pilot from here! The sales representative Paar Calvin assisted me politely and promptly! The friendly service staff sends monthly maintenance courtesy letters!The maintenance to my vehicle is the life of my SUV. Doug Stone and Drew Parham have taken care of my vehicle as if it were there own! My vehicle is my soul transportation and you don't have to make that apparent to these guys! They make sure my vehicle is road ready and safe for my family! I have to say these folks go over and beyond to make my short visits with them pleasant! Mr Parham always asked,If everything is taken care of properly and in a timely manner and my reply has always been yes! I have driven a Honda since 1993 and will continue to do so! Thanks for keeping me in the Honda family!

I went to Carl Hogan Honda after deciding on making a new car purchase and I have to say this is the best all around dealership you will ever come across! They made the buying process seamless and the service after my purchase was beyond great! I just can't say enough good things about this place! I drive from Tupelo to Carl Hogan Honda for service. The service is great there. While I was there Paar Colvin showed me the new 2013 Accord sport. That's all it took ! I am now driving my 5th new accord from Carl Hogan Honda.....

I live out of state so I had to handle all of the application process over the phone. My agent was Ashley. He does not have good customer service. He even told me I was asking too many questions. He never told me what my interest rate would be after I supplied him promptly with all of the information he needed. He lacked tact, and had no phone conversational or customer service skills. This process spanned over about a week and a half. He claimed my lack of credit history is what would make me have a very high interest rate in the 20s (although he never gave a specific number). He also told me he had a hard time finding a bank to finance me with the down payment I wanted to give. I decided not to buy due to my unpleasant experience with Ashley. I ended up going to CarMax where EVERYTHING WAS GOLDEN! Not only did I get financed at a MUCH MUCH LOWER RATE, they also accepted $200 below the down payment that I wanted to give. I am sooooo very happy that I didn't use Carl Hogan Honda.

I purchased a used 2010 Ford F-150. After two weeks I realized I had a bad battery and rear end issues with the truck. Upon return, I was informed that they were "to busy" to look into my issue and told me to come back 4 days later. I tried to leave the dealership and my truck wouldn't start because of the bad battery. Instead of providing a new battery, they jumped me off and let me leave the lot infuriated.

My husband and I were based at Columbus AFB and brought our car in for an oil change at Carl Hogan Honda. We didn't think we had any issues. We were moved to Vandenberg AFB in California, and brought our car into the Honda dealer here for an oil change. The dealer here informed us that the last place to change the oil (Carl Hogan) had stripped the oil pan and that it needs replaced ($428.00) The dealer here, Lompoc Honda, has been very helpful and even willing to lower the cost and even called Carl Hogan Honda to see if they would take care of the costs. I spoke with the service manager at Carl Hogan, Drew, and he was completely rude and unhelpful. He absolutely refused to help us in anyway and just kept repeating that there is no possible way they stripped the oil pan. He said that they would not be willing to help us at all. I placed two calls to Corporate Honda asking them to have the GM at Carl Hogan call me. I never heard from him. I called and left him a message and he still never called me. I finally called him this morning, and he was VERY rude and did not care about the issue. Would not even apologize. He said they didn't strip the pan because they use torque wrenches. He said there is nothing he will do for us because we no longer live there. We can't help that the military moved us. This is the main reason we go to Honda dealers to get EVERYTHING done, even our oil changes. We are willing to pay a little more to prevent issues like this. I am VERY upset with the oil pan being stripped, the customer service we have received, and their unwillingness to fix their mistake! My car has been sitting at Lompoc Honda since last week so we can resolve this issue. I would never recommend Carl Hogan to anybody. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a manager before in my entire life.

Found a vehicle online, contacted one of the internet salesman to see what the best price would be for the vehicle and he was unwilling to even give me anything but what the listed price was. I cant imagine a salesman or dealership that is unwilling to work with a buyer that lets them know they are wanting to buy immediately. I guess it may have been different if I were sitting right in front of them and able to stay for 4 hours negotiating a price.
