Carlton Automotive provided excellent service. They are that wonderful combination of competence, honesty, and efficiency. As part of the oil change, they did a complete check of all my car's fluids and they found wear on my tires. This allowed me to avoid a serious problem. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to all of my friends.

These guys are the best. I had my fuel pump changed before we left for Door County for Labor Day weekend by my mechanic in Illinois. On the way to door county, I lost power in my truck about 30 minutes from Oostburg. This could've ruined our weekend. I called Carlton Automotive and they sent a tow truck out to get us. This was on the Thursday before LD weekend. They offered us a loner car so we could continue on to Door County. On Friday, they had the car fixed. I can thank these guys enough. I would definitely recommend them.

My friend and I were driving on the highway when we noticed our tire was wobbly, unlike it should be. We called 15 minutes before they closed, praying they would see us, with no issues, they offered to stay late when we got in. We ended up arriving 10 minutes before closing, they saw us with grace, humor and respect and we were out within 9 minutes, a minute to spare before closing. They fixed the problem & we haven’t had any issues since. Absolutely recommend, if we’re in the area we will definitely be back. Clean place, kind & welcoming personalities, professional. -thanks again guys :), the two girls who had a wobbly tire (Go Bears!)

Went to Carlton for my Chevy 1500 truck with ticking noise in the engine. Marcus in service and I talked about the lifter issues that are common on this year. I was charged for a full inspection of the tires, leaks, break fluid. They changed the idler pulley and serpentine belt. When I asked if it fixed the ticking noise Marcus said yes it went from a 10 to a 1. Once home the noise was still there. They did not address the reason I brought the truck to them. $300 later not going back to give them more money.
