used to be good --now overpriced with high pressure sales staff and poor trade in values-- got better deals in new cars at any other dealer over carmax used cars-- poor service

Great place to buy a car. The lot and vehicles were immaculent.The sales staff was excelllent and very professional.We were allowed to look and they waited for us to come to them, first time that had happened during our search. Most places were on us like vultures before we could even say anything,very refreshing and surprising change!! We found our car and the buying process was quick.Within 2-2.5 hours, we arrived,test drove the car and was driving off in it. If we ever need to purchase another vehicle, CarMax will be the first place we shop!!! Best Car Purchase Ever!!!
