When we came in the door , owner did not get up to greet us willingly, very monotone when he answered our questions. Didn’t offer any type of help, just asked his son(who spoke 10 words) to take us out to the back to see the cars. The first car we saw had a noticeable amount of dust in it and when we turned it on the check engine light came on immediately and the son said🤷🏾‍♀️ The second car we saw, only the first car door would open, you have to open the rest from inside the drivers side, the car reeked of water and mildew, we could definitely suspect a flood happened, on top of that the car didn’t even turn on, apparently the “lights were left on” I admit our budget was low but we deserved more enthusiastic customer service and some honesty when it came to the history of the car.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You! Orlando & Steve at CARmazen are 2 of the nicest guys you will ever meet. They truly went above and beyond for me and my family. We got an amazing Honda Odyssey at a very fair price. Low miles and super clean, I couldn't be happier. Keep up the great work guys!

After you buy the car the customer service and code switching goes out the window w/ Orlando ( I think that’s the name. sits at first desk you see when walking in the door ). He literally nonchalantly and sarcastically says things as if he’s not there to tend to your questions and concerns. I’ve spoke to him multiple times about my car and once I came in for issues after purchasing the vehicle there were nomore greetings when you walk in and it’s like he’s bothered immediately. Questions and concerns we went over on the phone and in person had to be repeated multiple times. He told me I was lucky he stepped out to speak with me because he had other clients trying sign paperwork when I called two days prior and was told I’d get a call back just to pull up and hear “ the warranty doesn’t cover that “ instead of actually listening over the phone and stating that. My drivers door kept getting stuck open ! It was very urgent ! Perhaps it was him that stop replying to my emails about questions concerning the warranty, unsure. Also, I had a 10:30 appointment and did not leave until 3 and he stated all the man did was lube my door and test drive it twice ( although in our previous conversation he may have to remove the whole door to check for the issue ) I had to wait to get a tire from next door instead of the manager having a conversation with them prior or throughout the hours of waiting so that we wouldn’t have to wait as long. Very unprofessional. Car seems to be in good shape to be a used vehicle. Fingers crossed that everything works out.

I purchased a car on April 27, 2021, and on May 6 the engine light came on. I was sold a lemon and they knew this. I paid the dealer 15K for the car, and now I am being told, nothing they can do, since I bought it as is. What happened to common decency, and fair trade???? I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealership.
