I will say this about this car dealership they do have some nice cars on the lot! But before purchasing from them MAKE SURE, you take it to a mechanic to double check the car out! I purchased a vehicle from them only had the car a year drove it only back and forth to work. Mind you only 15 mind drive both ways. From day 4 of the purchase the car gave me trouble, but minor things that could be fixed simple. In a year time I have replaced at least 6 different parts. But the two major parts was the motor and transmission, which I believe they knew that the motor and transmission was no good from the jump. I hardly drove it only to work and just a month after getting the motor right, the transmission went out on it. When dealing with these people they will not call you and tell you nothing, you have to do all the calling. And the crazy part is when something does goes wrong with your car, they will claim its all your fault and I only had the car a year and barely drove it. The lady at the finance company that they work through 😂😂 she's very rude I remember speaking with her and she hung up on me. I wasn't even agree or nothing with her! And she gave me straight attitude and claim I was the cause of the motor going bad "LIE" It was something already wrong with the car when I got it. I know other people who have traded in cars with bad motors and transmission and I believe I brought one with both issues and more. I'm not saying you will never have a problem with a car but how all that happen back to back just seen odd!

My son and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership last month, April 18, and we were told if we didn't receive our registration and tags in two weeks to call them and let them know. Well, I actually waited three weeks. I called them and they said we would get them in two or three days. That was last Thursday. Still haven't received it as of today. Called just a few minutes ago and the guy told me he had to check some kind of tracking number and for me to call him back in twenty minutes. Never asked my name or anything. Anyway just called back and just like I figured, no one picked up. They don't even have a voice mail system. I called the DMV and explained to them what the issue was because I don't want my son getting a ticket for expired tags. They told me the dealership got the tags and registration in their office on the 15th. But if I didn't get them by Saturday, I could go there and purchase them for $25. Now we paid for that already when we bought the car, so why should I have to pay $25 for something they're holding and are refusing to send to us as promised? I don't know what kind of game they're trying to play, but they don't know me! I will have them in court if I have to go that route because this is bad business practice. I don't appreciate being given the run around and I will not be taken advantage of especially when I paid you good money and now you're trying to scam me. You got the wrong one!
