Contacted about a vehicle, applied and never get a response on whether I was approved or not. Even tho they ran my credit, so my credit score was impacted. Whether I got approved or not I think it's very unprofessional not to respond to me or even get back to me. Especially since I could have just purchased said vehicle in cash. Their loss on a sale of vehicle, I took my business elsewhere

Customer service at this place is non existent. I inquired about a vehicle and was sent a link for the credit application. I applied over a week ago and have not received a phone call...email etc. NOTHING. Don't deal with this place if you want to purchase a vehicle because it doesn't seem they are too eager to sell any 🤷♀️
