Exceptional customer service, the vehicle was absolutely spotless, and the team at Carolina rent a car were genuinely friendly. By far the best rental car experience I’ve had, All at a very competitive price. Give them a try before you go with one of the big companies. I will be back

I want to thank Carolina Rent A Car! By not honoring my reservation or promptly following up with me, I was able to rent a sporty (which I specifically reached out to this rental company for), yet quality car for over 50% less than I would have paid at Carolina Rent A Car. Also, the professionals didn't nickel and dime me with additional fees according to what state I was traveling to, although Carolina Rent A Car's contract states that miles are unlimited. Sidenote: Matt and the other gentlemen I spoke with initially, not Mike, were very friendly and helpful. I'm not sure where the disconnect happened, but unfortunately I won't patronize this company again. I can't risk messing up my travel plans because someone dropped the ball.

This is a great company. I have rented hundreds of cars over the years with the major companies. None of them can touch Carolina Rent A Cars service. These are real people who will treat you right. They are my go to rental car company going forward.

I’ve been renting from them for about 4 months. What started as a weekend rental ended up being a lengthy thing. Never gave me any problems and was just very convenient and it just worked for me! Staff is very helpful and understanding as well, highly recommend to anyone who needs a rental! see you guys again soon!

Now this is a good place to go and rent a vehicle I rate this place 💯, The prices are unbelievably low and the agents there are very compassionate and understanding and their cars are gorgeous inside and out
