So, Im going to start this off by saying I drive for a living, ive bought and owned many many vehicles and I've dealt with the best if the best and the worst of the worst as far as dealerships go. Car Point, best of the best, plain and simple. The owner, Carlos, bent over backwards to help me at every turn. Any question any concern, even after the sale, he was 100% on it! Hard working and damned honest guys there, I won't shop anywhere else again.

I bought an amazing truck that gets the work done without complaints. It's all I ever wanted and very useful for work. Its luxurious inside and with the great force it has, I will be able to get all my work schedule done in a matter of time. I can carry heave tons of gravel and grass, I really recommend this place if you want to buy good quality trucks. They are very nice and treat you like a guest not a customer. They are very accessible in the forms of payments. A truck is a tool to better your work and I am very happy with the truck I bought from here. Thank you guys!

This is my second diesel truck for my company. l had a good experience at Carpoint-DFW, they help me to replace the radio and two front tires at no additional cost. the staff was nice and they know about diesel trucks, not overly aggressive to convince you to buy a car. l will be coming back in near future for another.

And when I called the dealership. They gave me a number to talk to their owner. Which so happened to NEVER answer the phone. It rang and rang everytime I called. I would call the dealership back. And they'd give me the same number everytime

This was an absolutely outstanding place to buy a used truck from. The people can not be beat. Fantastic people to work with and will do anything for you. I read another review saying how you feel like they are your long time friends afterwards. That couldn't be more true. They are so easy to work with and if you are worried about being pressured by a dealer this is the place to come. When I bought mine they simply said "look around as much as you would like and if you like something come in and grab the keys." I highly recommend it.

Yes the buying experience was great and went really smooth, but after i purchased the automobile, it broke down after 4 months and needed over 1o,000 worth of work. They washed their hands of the whole thing. Buying experience they get a 10..after the sale of a bad automobile they get a -20. That means (minus, negative 20).

One of the best experiences I've ever had. I dont have good credit and these guys worked hand and foot to get me approved through a major bank. I would highly recommend this to anyone they will make a reasonable dream a reality. This is by far my most favorite car to own.

I purchased a car from CarpointDFW in Dallas Texas even though I live in Oklahoma. They had a great car (2009 BMW) at a great price. Everything was do via email or over the phone. Carlos went the extra mile and took the car over to a local mechanic for a Pre-Inspection check prior to my purchase. Overall I am very happy with my car.
