I bought my Legacy here about 3 years ago and continue to get it serviced here. I like that they are up-front with the costs I can expect when my car gets serviced. It has been easy to make appointments. The staff is all nice and helpful every time I go. I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

While the team seems friendly at over a month of not having my car due to recalls and having to wait 30-40 min each time I call to see the status, rather than proactive outreach as to the status of my car I am extremely concerned about the customer care provided here. I have never had this happen at a Subaru dealership before. Since I am still pending the return of my car I can not speak to the workmanship. - Responded much better after this post and spoke to updates in system to help improve this process going forward.

One of the most frustrating experiences of my life. I went back and forth with a variety of individuals who each didn't seem to know the details of my situation even after explaining it each time I called in. After having three employees explicitly state they weren't doing a market adjustment and even putting it into writing, I found out they had just renamed the markup. I understand doing that in this market but the inability to get a straight answer is shockingly poor customer service. There is a reason other places work to have you just engage with one individual so you aren't explaining your goal for the eighth time and so notes are kept consistent. On principle of clarity I wouldn't do business with this dealership.

Worked with Emmanuel and he helped us purchase our new car! He was friendly, polite, and was such a pleasure to work with. He made the experience of car buying very enjoyable. Highly recommend working with him or just going to this location in general everyone there was super nice and hard working
