You advertise that you have a specific vehicle, blue ford raptor, but you do not have this on your lot. Not a happy buyer & will not buy here. When we called about this truck no one we spoke to even knew what a Raptor was, including the sales people.

The only issue we had was a misunderstanding of financing terms for the cars we were looking at, which caused us to have to start over a bit and pick a different vehicle. But to their credit, the staff stayed well after closing hours to push all the paperwork through and get us a car we are happy with.

I just purchased a Beautiful 2014 Ford Explorer from Carriage Ford in Clarksville, Indiana. The process was a breeze and the salesman was great. The salesman asked what I was looking for in a vehicle as in meeting my needs, which in my case I needed a vehicle with third row seating. I have two special needs children who need their own row of seats, he showed me what was available and I chose the 2014 Ford Explorer. I would recommend Carriage Ford to all my friends and family on their next purchase of a new or preowned vehicle.

The new car I bought had to be picked up from another dealer. When it arrived it had the wrong tires and wheels from what I ordered on it(cheaper ugly ones from last years model)...The salesman and mgrs didnt care since I already signed my trade title over and left a deposit. Mr Book personally promised me that he would take care of it and exchange them for me ...so I believed him! Then, 3 days later he said couldnt do anything and wouldnt even talk about it! Yes I was screwed and unfortunately I didnt know about the 48 hour US "lemon law" or I would have not accepted it! I found out later the finance dept conveniently soaked me on finance charges also. NEVER AGAIN!!
