Owner was asking for a 5k down payment before he showed me the finance rates. Then offered 13 percent Apr Waste of time. Toyota offered 2.99. Shady dealer.

Overall I had a good experience buying a vehicle from this lot. The sales rep was clear and honest and I drove away happy and content. I did learn when I got home that my vehicle didn't have a spare tire or jack. I called them the next day and they agreed to get them for me(hopefully it's coming soon, or my review may not be as positive). The only downside to working with them is that they don't have a history of the vehicle since most are bought from bank auctions. But I understand this, it's how they make their money. If you have a lot of questions, you'll just want to do your due diligence in the inspection process. I'm happy with my new used car...

Sorry Guys Facility is so so, but the customer service was very ago and very helpful. I have never bought a car from a used car lot, but I am considering this one. Seem like good guys.

Great place! I was in a bind and needed a car right away, bad credit and still ended up leaving that day with the car I wanted! Great customer service! Always making sure that we were taken care of, putting us first! I am beyond impressed with this dealership, very good job guys! I plan on coming back in the future!

Bought a car at this dealership and I couldn't be happier. I looked up and down harbor in Santa Ana, and on the internet but finally bought a car once I stopped by here. I was greeted by Pepe and he listened to my situation. Started a new job but had decent credit to where I didn't want to be cheated into a big APR. He found me a car, 2013 Chevy Equinox, beautiful car, love it to this day! Less than 50K miles and a fair price listed on the window, no games. When I went in financing was done easy with the help of the owner Ali, he talked directly to the finance company and got me the payment I wanted. Easy to work with and they even added a 3 month warranty that came in handy with my A/C, I always have it cranked up during a hot day.
